The ladies working here are nice and the coffee tastes great. I’m glad they finally have a system to tip the workers there now too. Starbucks and other coffee places should follow suit, the workers deserve it.
Good decaf coffee (I can only get decaf) and friendly staff. I recommend the iced Mexican mocha which is my go to.
This was such a sweet experience!! We go everyday but today they made it special!! Got our drinks for my son and they drew a awesome picture for him!! Now he is obsessed and he has aspergers so he a loyal customer!

I like the flavor of Bkack Rock's coffee over some of the other coffee shops. The people are super friendly. It's amazing how quickly they get you through the drive-thru. And, this is important, they have Egnog Late's this holiday season! If you are a fan, you know other places don't have them this year.
Shockingly bad coffee. I ordered a large latte and drove off. If I had tasted in while at the window I would have asked my money back. It was lukewarm, weak, and tasted like they may have used dirty water.

IMHO, this is my favorite coffee spot! Best flavor, not bitter, not sour, not overly sweet just the right amount for me. It really has the best flavor of coffee! Don't change a thing, you've got a customer for life! ???
