Certain items are better than others but I've had better.
Been here twice first time Got the spicy pork it was absolutely fantastic very good so good that I got it again the second time however it was terrible very dry overcooked and seemed old
One thing that really turned me off to this place was the fact that they charge you money for the little sauce cups. Apparently if you just put the sauce on your food/plate it’s fine but if you want your sauce in a cup you have to pay for the little cups. I understand everything is a bit more expensive now a days but I think charging for the little sauce cups is kind of ridiculous. I haven’t been anywhere else that does that, they give you the sauces in the bag no questions asked and in abundant amounts too. With the price you’re already paying for the food and everything I don’t think charging for sauce cups makes a lot of sense.
Still very delicious but just hasn't been the same the last couple years
So glad this place survives and gives out nummy portions of my favorites after all these years.Today's beef & chicken was full id delicious nostalgia.
Johnathan handled a customer service phone call initially with us because our order wasn't what we ordered. He hung up the phone on us and insisted we ordered what we have in our bag, All I wanted was the order corrected. What we received was not good (s&s chicken & teriyaki chicken) both smothered in this sugary slim. He was rude, argumentative, accusatory and unprofessional. I ended up driving back because we did not check our order before driving all the way home. At the counter, he was just the same. I asked for our money back because at this point, I am upset he is handling this so poorly, and he refused. I have never asked my bank to retract a payment but when this transaction post I am. Horrible management equates to horrible service all around. Never again.
Best teriyaki? More like worst teriyaki. The food they serve is disgusting. Go to Zen Teriyaki instead, you will be happy you did.
Such delicious plates, my father and I have came here for years! We love the healthy properties each plate includes! Will forever support this business!
It took longer than we thought it did to get our food, but we didn't care by the time we were eating it. Very fresh and good portion sizes.
