My favorite coffee place in the whole city. It's so nice next to the little (stocked) manmade (but lovely little) lake. With a great outdoor mall and a nice fountain fountain children can play in next to it, it is a total destination on the weekends!! I love that it's all wheelchair accessible, even the lake and I bring my dad there often because there's something to do if you have to wait for your reservation down the street at La Provence as well. But Ava is great. Excellent coffee!!
I am disappointed in this place and never try it again. Unfortunately, not a friendly place to have a coffee with your toddler. It is like a library that shoosh at you and in two occasions they just kicked us out ??? they are mean to kids and can't tolerate them. I never had such this experience in any where else. Starbucks is always welcoming to all customers but here they choose!!!!! so please if you have kids stay away from here if you don't want to waste your money and time and nerve!! Ughhhh...
Really loved the location and coffee. The atmosphere was very open with lots of tables and high ceilings. The customer restroom however was a huge let down. Toiled seat would not stay up and was very loose, the paper dispenser would only dispense about 3 inches of paper towel at a time, and I couldn't get the touch free soap dispenser to work. When I made a comment about the soap dispenser to the lady working behind the counter, she said I needed to wave my hand around and that there was a note posted somewhere saying as much. I might give it another try in the future if I'm in the area.
Very nice and relaxing environment nearby the pond. I visited here during a weekday afternoon, it was very quiet. It may get very crowded on weekends though.
I thought I could have a white mocha, a dark hot chocolate, strawberry cake, chocolate fudge cake and a chocolate chip cookie with my 2 kiddos. I waited close to 30 minutes and decided to walk away only with my small hot chocolate how money did I lose?As I understand there was some line nobody why didn't they serve first the cakes ? Is a start. Not I am not happy I live across fromthe plaza but how to support the local stores when the wait time is crazy I rather from now on drive to Dutch bros
I have been a customer for few years and I noticed that the customer accommodation and service has been dropping for the past couple of years and nothing is being done about it. We've noticed the difference, one day they are out of napkins, another they are out of utensils, out of bathroom soap, cleanliness of one the bathroom/restroom is not good, the lead or management lady staff is not accommodating and sometimes can be rude. I can not believe that they have one restroom for all the customers (which by the way is not enough and and not according to City code), dirty tables, most of your outside heaters in the patio is not working, very poor internet connection. I think your business has been neglected and requires more attention by the owners.

Best hot chocolate ever! There are three options: milk, dark, and white. I love the milk chocolate.
Good coffee...but the bathroom needs help..soap dispenser doesn't work and toilet seat won't stay up...And the internet is almost unusable on a consistent basis....it'll work for a few minutes and then cuts out and disconnects frequently.
