Every dish we ordered was excellent! The owner was nice and even tossed in two waters for us. We had the pork bao, shaved beef noodles, folded pork buns and general tso's chicken. The portions were generous. Great, clean flavors. I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Portland.
I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and was very disappointed. There was no flavor, in fact the chicken had barely more flavor than the rice it came with. I had to throw out my meal after a few bites.Giving two stars rather than one because the service was good, but I would not recommend eating here.
Highly recommend their pork hocks over rice! Absolutely delicious. Good portion.

I ordered the "scallion pancake wrapped with beef". There were no scallions in the pancake batter and no flavor in the pancake itself. The quantity was generous. But, I expected a scallion pancake and I got plain dough.
I moved to Portland a year ago and I have been searching for some home cooking (used to live in remote places that do not have Taiwanese food) but all pretty ok, so I can't believe I just stumbled upon this cart. Not only the food is great, I really enjoyed my chat with the owners ❤️ authentic Taiwanese food!
Amazing place. The woman who runs the shop is absolutely the sweetest and kindest person. Xaio Long Bao is the best thing on the menu. I could eat those all day.
