Rather than just paying for the food, the waiter came out with a tip machine, expecting a tip for just taking to car. Never done before. We got less chicken wings than usual, so each got less. Brought out the wrong dip for our chicken wings as well. We ask for honey mustard and they brought out ranch dressing. We do a lot of business with you and would prefer much better service.
Myself and my family went there on May 31st, everything was fine until they served us our food. The food quality was poor, they served burned fish and cold fries (fish & chips) and half cook hamburger were the burger was still pink on inside and fries were cold as well. Since started of covid the restaurants are not taking pride in there services to public. I'm disappointed with service we received at Applebee's and may not return in the future
This is my chosen place to have a good filling meal and great drinks in a clean and friendly environment.Staff are always welcoming and friendly and fast. One special quality I see in them is they some how chose the right moment to come by to take order and always ask if I need more time.Even after we are well into our meal they would keep an eye out when they are serving near by tables. I am listing these out to make a point - the attentiveness I get is phenomenal.This is one place I don't go broke buying drinks. The perfect Margarita for example is a full tumbler easily three drinks.You must try the new Strawberry Margarita!! It is quite lovely.I like their menu as I get to experience many grilled items. My favourite is Chicken with charred Shrimp. It is well done, flavourful and well worth the money.Their burgers are meant for hungry people! It is very good.The card readers on the tables ensure safety of the customer's debit or credit cards. This feature is very important and remove unnecessary burden on servers of being responsible for debit/credit cards and eliminate fraud or claims.Overall, I am very happy with their food and service. I recommend this location whether it a rushed lunch or an extended lunch or supper/dinner. You would sure want to visit again.

The bartender made the best margarits while we were waiting for our food the time before last! Always love coming here for dinner and drinks. Great atmosphere. I was a little disappointed with my last take out order from Uber though, i asked for a well done steak and got a bloody one instead, i ordered the larger 8 oz steak, hoping itnw would be a better cut but %60 was gristle and fat, i ate a total of 3 bites the rest was trash. I usually dont have any issues but the last time was not good. I spent 45$ for dinner and couldnt even eat most of it. I will give them another shot though.
I am a delivery and get paid by miles not hours. I waited for 30 min for no one to communicate to me about the order status or if there was any complications, i also called but was put on hold twice with no one answering me. I would see cars around me getting their orders. I would have them come up and ask what I was waiting for and I’d tell them they’d say okay and leave without saying anything else. In the end I had to cancel the order and miss out on that opportunity ultimately what I am hoping you guys take from this review is acknowledging where you guys when wrong so future delivery drivers won’t have to deal with the ramifications from your business lack of communication or preparation of meals.

We ordered 2 full entrees and the combo appetizer platter. The app was missing the dips and was cold. The entrees we're supposed to be chicken tenders and fish and chips. Both come with fries but no fries. The chicken is also supposed to come with coleslaw but only came with honey mustard. The fish and chips came with absolutely nothing but 3 fried fish strips. Extremely disappointed.
Food was tasty. Server was very nice. But service was slow and some items were missing. Wouldn’t have been an issue if we would have seen the server again before we were done eating, then at that point why bother. Won’t prevent me from eating there again, but overall was not wowed.

Our waitress was incredible. We sat in the bar and she was also the bartender. She was able to handle all of our needs and run her bar without an issue. It would have been nice to see the management help out with cleaning tables rather than just stand at the end of the bar and talk.
