Plenty of vegetarian and no vegetarian options, my choice would be Hyderabad dum biryani
Great good options, variety
Do not order delivery from here through DoorDash. This place does not work with DD the same as other restaurants. They want the drivers to walk in, place the order as if they were the customer and then wait 40 minutes to get the food. 9/10 drivers will un-assign this order and you will not get your food, if you do it will be very cold and very late. Drivers are not employees of Door Dash, they cannot see your tip amounts. Base pay of $2 and your (maybe) $5 tip isn't worth an hour of anyone's time, especially when they are using their own car and gas to deliver orders.
I had the worst experience in this place . I ordered a veg biryani , but gave me chicken biryani . I did not realize until I started eating them . I am a vegetarian my whole life . Hope these guys get penalized for these idiotic and unprofessional behavior.
We are slowly trying everything on their menu and each order doesn't disapppint. We like their 4-piece onion samosa (which we order everytime we're there) and their chicken tikka masala. Their goat curry is delicious, a bit on a spicy side. All of their biryani is great! Just love it. Portions is enough for sharing and the wait time is accurate. They also have online ordering which I haven't tried because I want to be there when I order.
Best goat dum biriyani in Hillsboro. The quantity is huge and taste is amazing. The jilapi is also good.
We had a lunch thali and food was decent. However the chapatti and dessert was not fresh at all. I am assuming that chapatti was from previous day and the dessert was stale too.
I placed a pickup order and they said it would take 30 - 40 mins. We reached there to pick up after 45 mins. After that we had to wait there an hour long to get our order. We had our infant with us who became extreme mly fussy due to this. This is the worst customer experience that I had ever had from a restaurant. Please convey the right wait time before taking the order.
We had the Malai kofta, bagara baingan, medu vadai, Gobi manchurian and the mango Lassi. Everything was quite good. The Gobi manchurian was some of the best we had locally. All in all, a great place to get Indian food from. Definitely going back for more.
Good portions, very reasonable pricing and most importantly good quality that they maintain over time. They can improve on their veggie curries and the filling in the samosa to make them more authentic though. Have to rate their biriyani to be the best in Portland!!
