I have many issues with the app and just wanted to give the employees a good review due to the app issues and still doing a great job.I ordered food on the app and it says pickup between 8am and 8pm I believe so I went straight there and was told that I needed to come back later because it is still breakfast and I ordered lunch items. The employees cleaned all the stuff needed and got me my food anyways despite the issues since I live 20 mins away and it was already paid for.
Wendy's is great. We went on the lunch hour and the line was minimal and the food came up fast.
Miss dine in, drive thru is not for everyone, but as always the food was hot and fresh. As with everything else prices are on the rise.
Got the new cheddar burger!! You have to try it!!! Drive through was quick even being busy and our order was spot on.
It's been years since I've been at a Wendy's and this was a little disappointing. I had a cheeseburger with bacon ? jam, bacon strips, and cheese sauce. The beef in the burger should've been dropped in the chili bucket. I mistakenly thought there would be some veggies to cut the salt, and it was so salty after I took the bacon strips off of it that it was barely edible.
Went there for drive through at like 730 and they were closed. No cone, no indication that they were closing up early. We sat at the second window and no one came up to tell us that they were closing.It's fine If a store is closing early, but you could qt least tell us instead of wasting our time. If this is how this location treats people, that's pretty effed up.
Just got back to my office with my take-out salad. No dressing. No croutons. These people just do not pay attention to the product they are handing out the window.
With only one other fast food option in town, at least we have the crew at this Wendy's. They are always very nice & prompt. Most of the time the food is consistent and fresh, occasionally if you go too close to closing for example, you end up paying for a leather burger patty. But 90% of the time it's great. Overall we appreciate the employees here very much!
After just going there, they closed a half hour earlier with no indication they were closed in the drive through and staff still in the building. After pulling up to the window, the staff completely ignored me until I finally just left. That was the last time I will go to this Wendy's for quite some time
i used to work at this location a year or so ago. the manager was nice, but the sanitation and food practices were not good. also cannot stop thinking about how nasty the carpet was. :/ overall not horrible food but not great either.
