This gluten free bakery is located in downtown Ashland and is 2 blocks away from the Ashland Square. The cinnamon roll is perhaps the best cinnamon roll in this neck of the woods.There is an outdoor seating area, but it's currently surrounded by construction. Bonus serving window if you want to social distance.
Man, I was not prepared for the goodness. The pulled pork sandwich was incredible, the cheesy bread being the star of the show. Absolutely delicious meal. I eat lots of glutenous food, but I had no idea this bread was gluten free. What a perfect option for gluten sensitive people! No sacrifices are made. Grateful to experience Brazilian inspired baking here :)
I love this place, nice staff, great food, you would truly never know it was GF, the Brazilian cheese bread is even better if you have them warm it up for you. I stop every time I am downtown.

Everything we have ordered at Vida is super tasty. The staff is happy and helpful. We will definitely stop here whenever we pass through Ashland.
We stopped her for a sans-gluten brunch on our way though Ashland. Very simple aesthetic and a menu focused on gluten-free baked goods. I was a bit disappointed with the limited menu (many of my personal gluten-free breakfast staples do not include breads/pastries at all i.e. omelettes); the Maps listing calling this cafe-style eatery a 'gluten free restaurant' is a bit of a stretch, but 'Baking Co.' is certainly their namesake and we had AMAZING breakfast sandwiches on delicious house-made bread nonetheless.
