They missed 2 items on our order and even messed up the items they replaced. Other than the window worker you can tell the rest of the very limited staff didn't want to be there or care about doing their best. Clearly this chain restaurant doesn't take care of its employees. Suffice it to say we won't be back. 1 star for being speedy 1 for being friendly and attempting to replace our food without a fuss.
I have been here 3 times and had issues all 3 times.1. Showed up at 5 p.m. and i was told they were closed.2. Showed up at 11:45 A.M. 3 days later and was told they're not open yet to come back later.3. I was finally able to order something and when I got my food it was wrong. ( asked for no tomatoes / sour cream and I got both, I asked for chips and cheese instead of cinnamon twists and I still got cinnamon twists.)Very disappointed with the whole place but I will say for being understaffed, the employees did a great job getting the food out hot and fast, just wasn't accurate. Lol
The past several times I have gone to taco bell they have just thrown things in bag. So I end up with broken tacos,unwrapped burritos and tacos the stuffing all ove everything, twists all over bag and crushed. Really sad
I get it- they are understaffed but every time I come here they get my order wrong. Stuff happens but even when I try talk to the manager, he gives so much attitude. Yikes, we get it- you hate your life. This Taco Bell is a dumpster fire-
Sorry I love TB but WTH. Soda tasted dirty like the machines need a deep cleaning. Food was cold, beans were hard and under cooked like they're not dropped long enough. brown lettuce on the tacos, missed items.hard tortilla shells an taco shells and nacho tasted old af.
I go to this Taco Bell about three to five times a month for my lunch breaks the last two months. Sadly, The last three times I have visited this place in the last three weeks have been horrible. Idk if there is new management or the team is understaffed, but it needs to be fixed.Last two times I have visited the line has just taken way way too long with not that many vehicles.. the line lately can take any where from 10 minutes to 30 depending on the line BEFORE you order. I assume that is understaff. At least post signs that you need more time and will take longer than normal. Not such a big deal. I had to leave that time barely moving in the line when there isn’t a car past the ordering screen… sitting, and waiting to even start ordering. Quite disappointed.THIS time. Get off work, come over and make an online mobile order. There are 6 cars in line. One is sitting at the menu screen for maybe 10 minutes. Then move off. I don’t think they even got food. I didn’t notice. Another ones goes and sits for minutes on end. Then leaves. We are all waiting. I pull up, and patiently wait. 5 minutes go by, and nothing. The screen still shows some pre-order ads. So we call, and the number to that store we were at directs us to another stores city over… really? As we are on the phone getting questions about the 30 bucks we just sent in some guy gets on the mic after about 15 minutes and tells us he is closed… no signs, nothing to warn any one that they are wasting their time here. Not one warning. Couldn’t gene get on the mic much before that and say anything while we sit there and waste our time. The app woudlnt even let us cancel and google said they are open. No signs saying the hours changed either. What is this?? One of the few fast food places in Ashland and we got that?? And the multiple bad experiences in a row about timing and communication for this store?? Wack. Unfortunately I just feel like I’m wasting my time here and get stuck every time I’m there now. Wish there was another store closer by. I wouldn't go to this store anymore.
The worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The store manager is terrible. Food served cold. Refused to serve my order through the drive-thru window and made me come in. Told me if I didn't like it I could not come to Taco Bell. Always closed early because the staff all went to Wendy's since the place is obviously so poorly ran. Shameful.
Never get the orders correct, even ONLINE orders!! Its like the last resort for food before you hit the border. If it wasn't for the convenience factor, we'd go someplace else.
Worst experience ever. Watching them work was like watching everything in slow motion. The one kid looked like he was in his own world. I get waiting when it's busy but waiting because they are going slow is just horrible. Don't ever come here for you're own good
Slow drive thru has been getting better the past couple weeks, but the quality somehow fell off another cliff. Portions are tiny compared to any other taco bell that I've been to. My last several cheesy bean and rice burritos weren't much more than a bare tortilla with barely a thin whispy spreading of cheese and beans. I'm paying for a burrito, not a flavored tortilla
