Employees are always very nice & online ordering is usually very accurate & easy. There's been a couple hiccups over dozens of visits (breakfast sandwich was cold with one order when usually hot, sweetener in tea ordered as unsweetened) but overall seems like they have a good team as of late. Starbucks however needs to allow tipping on credit cards! You can go around this by using the app but for anyone paying with a credit card, they cannot add a tip.
Google maps still has the wrong address, this is the old location, a different coffee/bike shop opened here. I tried to change it several times. You can lead a house to water...It's OK, they yet again shut down inside seating due to "covid", really? Everyone else is open! Just another badly managed location hiding behind the covid hysteria.
The store wasn't open at 6:00am. So I went to the one in the Safeway supermarket.
Very good service and very good drinks.
Definitely an employee shortage up here in Southern Oregon, because it shouldn't take 20minutes to get a drink in the drive thru
