Cute spot I stopped in on this lovely day in Ashland, Oregon. This establishment is on Oak and Main...next to a few very adorable spots and some historic places in the neighborhood. They have a happy hour everyday. They make very tasty beer..I enjoyed a glass of the "I ♡ Oregon Ale" . I also had an Old fashioned cocktail and it was very perfect. To eat, I chose the blackened Ahi with veggies and quinoa bowl...the tuna was very tasty, as were the vegetables. However it was served on white rice..or sticky rice...not quinoa at all. I have found this to be a common thing around Oregon...to have different ingredients than what is listed on the menu and then not informed when you order it. None the less...it was very good. I will try the happy hour menu when I come back..I heard the tacos, ceviche and Brussel sprouts are all good.

A wonderful evening on the back terrace. Sunshine, fun, friends, delicious cabernet sauvignon, and the fried brussel sprouts were AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and we had a wonderful time!

I really enjoy brewery/pubs, as they tend to offer a decent representation of local flavor, and this place was a prime example of delicious local cuisine as an interpretation of traditional pub fare. My server was very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave me good suggestions about what to eat when I couldn't decide. The kimchi friend rice bowl was superb, and reasonably priced. This place is apparently a local favorite, with the staff knowing regulars yet being welcoming of visitors. They have a covered outdoor seating area as well.

Good food and an interesting selection. The beer was just average.

I have been to all of the breweries in the Medford area, however, some of my friends had a subpar experience here, which prevented me from going for this long. I am glad that I finally checked this place out. My fiance and I ventured to Ashland for a quick hike and wanted to stop for food. Standing Stone Brewery was our choice since it was the last brewery in the area we had not experienced.Food = amazing! I had the burger with the salmon soup - that is enough to get me back! My fiance had the buffalo chicken sandwich, which is also delicious - a little on the spicier side, which is not a bad thing!Beers = top 3 in the area (truly hard to limit yourself to a favorite, that's why I do top 3). If you like dark beers, their porter will not disappoint.Service = I wish I knew the name of our bartender/server. He checked up on us the perfect amount of times, was friendly and personable, and made our experience comfortable.All-in-all I would highly recommend this place and I will be back!

Many of us have experienced not being able to see the forest for the trees but sometimes you can't see the trees for the forest. There are so many great places to eat, drink and hang out in Ashland that sometimes you miss something. I have walked past SSBC a hundred times, I finally walked through their doors and I'm so happy I did. It's much bigger inside than you'd suspect. Intimate and cozy dining area, nice outside seating option with heaters. We sat in the bar area up front and enjoyed some of their beers and shared some very good French fries. Friendly staff, very clean, open kitchen concept. I look forward to our next visit and trying out their pizza and burgers. I really liked the 2IPA.

Visiting 12/11 from out of state. I walked in with our group, there was no one at the hostess station, so I walked up to the bar and asked for a table. I was aggressively berated for not having a mask on. I looked around and saw that every patron in the bar area did not have a mask on. I asked for a glass of water so I would be actively drinking. The bartender ignored my question and in exacerbating way said, ‘You have to put a mask on and if I did not have a mask that he had extras.’ I checked my jacket pockets and found an old mask and put it on. The bartender continued to berate me as my group came up to the bar to get their masks. The bartender was going on and on so much that my wife (who was behind me and could not see I had a mask on) told me to ‘just put the mask on’. I turned around and showed her that I had the mask on, but the bartender would not stop his angry tirade at me. The hostess came up, took 15 steps to our table, sat down, removed our masks off to sip our water, and proceeded to have a nice lunch. The Brussel Sprouts and sweet potato fries appetizers were great. My double IPA paired well with the fig pizza; the food was great.

We had the mushroom toast and creme brulee. Very yummy. Double IPA and porter beers good too. Great service. Bartender Noah was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will be back!

Great food and prices were as expected. Grateful for the staff that was willing to work and keep this business open, especially for out-of-towners. Friendly, modern feel and great drink selection.

The service was phenomenal. The appetizers and desserts were good, although I wasn't enamored with my sandwich or fries. Would definitely come back and try something else though!
