This restaurant is across the plaza from the Shakespeare festival theaters. We went for dinner before our evening show, and the restaurant was full. Maybe they just couldn't handle the crowd, but first they botched our reservation, then forgot an item we ordered, and finally cleared our entree dishes and dropped off the check without bothering to ask if we wanted coffee or dessert. The food was fine, nothing special. With the disappointing service, I'd probably go elsewhere on our next visit.
Really nothing special here the food was average was expecting better after reading the other reviews. It is at a good location so it has that going for it.

This restaurant has wonderfully delicious Italian food and plenty of it. Very close to the historic Ashland springs hotel. Walking distance actually. Very friendly and service was great. I inadvertently left my credit card there and after calling them re my forgetful mind they very quickly mailed it to me.Will always visit this restaurant when in Ashland!
Order for delivery. Delivery was less than 45 minutes. Good was hot and delicious. We've done this twice now and have not been disappointed.
Such a pleasant find! Their Caesar salad is the real deal, the dressing tastes like the original recipe (egg, lemon, worcestershire, anchovies, etc.) The Margherita pizza was bomb, thin chewy crust with lots of cheese, fresh tomato and basil. My Whisky Sour cocktail was well made and not watered down or combined with some sugary fake mixer. Sat at the bar and observed the bartender; she clearly was an old school pro at making drinks. If I lived here, this would be a comfort spot to return to.
Great local place that's been here for decades. Great Italian, salmon Caesar is great. And now I have written 100 characters.
Friendly, great service! The bartender makes a mean martini!!! Had the spaghetti with grilled sausage. We had the Sicilian ice cream for dessert. Yum!!

Good food, good service and pleasing atmosphere. We kept it simple and ordered the spaghetti- a solid meal the satisfied the stomach and our palates. Reasonable prices made it worthwhile, and when in Ashland, would definitely go back- so should you.
