One of the best places to eat in Ashland. We’ve been to Italy many times, and Cucina is the closest to that experience that we have found. It’s just amazing. The food is incredible, the atmosphere calm and relaxing. We’ve dined here a few dozen times, because it’s that good. And it never disappoints! ❤️

Wonderful everytime!!! The sauce in the Tre Formaggi Ravioli con Lobster was delicious!! I would pay good money to have that recipe!! Chef Chandra is fabulous!! I actually took one of my raviolis home just for my son to taste !! Now that's love right there!! Also I always get a glass of Chianti Perfecto!! My Bistecca was beautiful ? Thank you always a warm wonderful experience!! Cannot wait to take my Mom!!

We went here due to good reviews for my husband's birthday. I was disappointed. In terms of Ambiance, it is okay, but it was so cold inside I had to keep my jacket on and the server brought me a blanket. My husband ordered the eggplant steak, it was hard, chewy and tasteless. My house capellini was okay, but nothing special. My daugher had the carbonara, also okay but not great. The antipasti plate was very scant, mostly canned items like canned artichoke, peppers, olives and beans with three slices of cheese. The portions are miniscule, and the food was definitely not worthy of 5 stars. I would not return.

Such a great dining experience! Cucina was so accommodating when we asked to dine outside. They kept us warm w heaters and blankets and gave outstanding service. The food was outstanding, per usual. Cucina Biazzi has always been one of Ashland’s best restaurants and it’s still going strong.

Amazing food and atmosphere. They have gluten free options which was a big win for me!

Always spot on and never disappoints. Always a treat and great place for anniversary dinner!!!

Would not allow me to use Restroom even though I offered to buy something. I would not eat here even if it had the best food in town. Hospitality is important when you work in the hospitality industry.

Mediocre at best food for five star prices, no thanks. My shrimp was so bland and clearly out of a bag of frozen shrimp, as was my mom's chicken. I can't believe this place was hyped up to me for so long, I'll never go back. We also paid 55 dollars for a SIXTEEN DOLLAR BOTTLE OF WINE. I've lived in Ashland for three years at this point and this is the biggest disappointment food-wise in this entire town. The only reason this place is getting two stars instead of one is because the venue is cute. That's quite literally the only thing it has going for it.

We were passing through Ashland and decided to stop for dinner. We read the reviews about this off the beaten track restaurant and decided to take a chance. We can tell you that this night we had by far one of the best Italian meals we have ever eaten outside of Milan. Don't hesitate if you want an upscale meal and taste real home style quality.

I haven’t had a dining experience like this since I was in Italy two years ago( before Covid)... what a wonderful surprise to stumble upon this restaurant on my road trip through Oregon! Our server Andreas was not only charming and efficient but so helpful! Our food from appetizer to main course was absolutely a 10. The homemade pasta with the seafood sauce has me wanting to go back for more!!
