Great place to get a bite
Never been there.
Got my order wrong, and refused to issue a refund. The manager (Alysa?) is an incompetent moron who was abusive to me on the phone. I would avoid this place.
Upon arriving there were a total of 3 pizzas out. Some were old. Pasta was almost gone and it too was dried out..I have ate at Pizza Hut buffets many times in other places and it has been fine..This one was terrible. One type of pasta (most buffets I have seen have at least 2). 3 Pizzas and that too was gone..Literally down to no pizza and no pasta...When it was getting low I mentioned to lady that we needed more out nicely..She replied there were only 2 people back there..Never again would I bother with buffet in this store..We sat there and finally after about 40 mins someone brought out more pasta. several minutes later they showed up with another pizza..Sad..Hate to give out reviews like this especially since at one time I worked at Pizza Hut..if you truly want a Pizza Hut Buffet go to one in Corvallis..Albany's is the worst ever.
They had a great half price sale yesterday on pizzas, which is the only way they're affordable. The pizza always tastes good, but they always seem to mess one thing up. The last couple times it's been forgetting to put the 'hut favorite' crust seasoning on. May not be a big deal to most people, but when you love it, and don't get it often, it's a let down.
I placed on online order. When I went to pick it up it was wrong. When I looked back at my order I am the one who ordered it wrong but they made it right even though it was my fault. And they did it with a smile and apologized! They have my business from now on!
Can't tell you how the food tastes. We never got to order let alone eat. My wife and I went in and stood in front of the podium that said please wait to be seated for a good five. We had four different people that worked there look at us but never said a thing. So we moved up to the cash register for another eight minutes or so had the same four workers look at us and never said a thing to us they just kept on walking not a hello or be right with you or I will get someone to help you. There was only three tables that had people at them so I would say they were not busy. Even it was busy you should let the customer know that you see them. Nothing I hate more when I go out to eat is poor service or should I say no service. Won't go back to this place.
treat the staff nice and they will treat you nice as well. remember, they are people too!
