Pulling a trailer and unable to go through the drive-thru we parked across the way to go grab some Wendy's for dinner. Three of the workers whom we're taking a break out front informed us they were short staff so the lobby was not open. I recall working in restaurants when we were short staffed we didn't let three people take a break all at the same time. I'm also not quite sure why the lobby being open takes additional staff then just running the drive-thru. Said I think the manager should consider their policy of closing the lobby having shortages. I get staffing shortages is a real issue today but not everybody can drive through.
If you want under cooked food, go here. Wendy's has a crispness guarantee, but it means nothing here, if your fries are soggy and under cooked they will give you the same batch of fries that are under cooked to replace them. This place makes McDonald's look like a 5 star restaurant. Long wait for under cooked food, just avoid at all costs, especially with the cost now. Soggy fries don't work with a frosty. Last several times I tried to order well done fries, cashier laughed and said yep, then soggy fries. Ask for a refund because the food wasn't correct, they gave me a replacement exactly the same as the incorrect food.
Double stack & baconator fries sometimes with chili (chz & onions) and a chocolate frosty. I'm telling you it don't get much better in my opinion, Wendy's always be doing me up right lol BUT my only thing, if they just put the frosty mix in and it hasn't had enough time to thicken up a bit and you are basically just drinking frosty mix from your cup, it's a bummer. Doesn't happen all the time but enough to the point where when I order one I have to let them know I'm willing to wait off to the side if it's not ready. Okay ranted on the food is fire that's what matters lol
I can't understand why they are not consistent with there chocolate frosty chino, the 1st one was good the next one tasted like watered downed coffee, then I had several good ones then I just got another one that tasted like water down coffee. Not convenient to drive back through a long line and have it fixed. Need better training I guess
I was absolutely shocked and awed by the customer service, efficiency, and food quality here.
I like the strength that the order taker had when two unmasked women came in. She made them put on masks before ordering. She was not timid in asking. When they said how are you going to hear my order with my face covered, I said that my order was taken perfectly clearly with my mask on. Thank you to that employee that had the guts to stand up to these unmasked girls.

As a frequent traveler of Michelin star restaurants, I have to say that this is truly spectacular. I went with the simple order of a Baconator meal (medium). The drink was your average every-day coke; But what’s makes it so great, is it’s size, the fries and the bun dry your mouth making the slurping of the drink so much more satisfying. You’d be drinking and you could gulp, and gulp, and gulp, and gulp, and gulp, and gulp, and gulp, and gulp, and gulp, and gulp, and gulp, and gulp, and gulp, and gulp, and still have more to drink. Now the fried potatoes wedges are just as good. The fried potatoes wedges always come out hot, with just the right amount of salt. So as long as you don’t live to far away they’ll be great. And wow, the Baconator is so much better. It comes with two patties which is perfect. The juices when biting into the burger fills your mouth like the raging tides of the Indian Ocean. Just like mama used to make (referring to the raging tides of the Indian Ocean). The cup is tasty too.

The lady manager at this location did me a major solid today. I went through the drive thru with my daughter and after ordering and getting to the pay window, my card was declined. Little did I know, a transaction had gone through that I forgot about. I tried to quickly transfer the money on my phone but my phone was lagging and the line was long. She graciously said the meal was on them today and my daughter and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much!
