Sis and I were in the mall and I smell's the most delicious coffee ☕☕ we had to check it out. You won't find a better place in town for coffee ? seriously! The guy who was working there was really nice ?
I asked if I could have a large iced vanilla coffee of some sort and let me tell you….it was amazing! I’m not the biggest coffee drinker, but I am hooked now! Just the perfect amount of favor! It was wonderful. Thank you guys!
Very cozy and nice inside and Steven was amazing! Took the time to teach me a few things about coffee because I was curious and takes care of his customers. The coffee you cant get anywhere else they will roast to how you like the beans, will definitely becoming back!
What a great place to sit and enjoy their flavorful coffee. My go to is a dirty chai, which was fantastic. The owner is a wonderful guy and holds a lot of love and knowledge for his craft and product. We will be back! So happy that my purchase supports fair-trade coffee growers! Confident Quality Brew:I chatted with the owner Steve for about 30 mins with regards to how long he's been honing his craft. He actually began during the era of COVID or roughly a year and a half. Apparently the name comes from time spent with family, with the best memories being created on the weekends. He believes in knowing all that can be known with regards to where his beans come from: the people who grow the beans, the ground in its quality to harvesting methods being done by hand and not machine. Each nuance in his process is carefully considered and for that he earns my respect.I chose the nitro cold brew flavored with coconut and dark chocolate. It was too sweet for my wife's liking.. no doubt due to my ambitious choice. For myself, I chose a decaf iced dark peppermint bark. It was pretty tasty ?. Since they freeze coffee in their ice, it maintained the taste while it melted driving home back to Junction City.Apparently, Steve's wife makes the fresh pastries they sell within the shop and are rotated in and out as needed! Wish I had the bandwidth for a treat on this visit, but I do not.Will definitely be returning, as I also attend the church located next to it, Verbatim - who helped partner with this space inside the mall.
The baristas were not wearing masks when I went today, my coffee was sickly sweet, and I had to dig my unwrapped straw out of a container that countless other people have probably dug their own straw out of which is wholly unsanitary even if we weren't in a pandemic. I will not be going back mostly due to the lack of concern for sanitary violations and the stalkerish tendencies. My review is merely a reflection of my experience and the need to be so defensive towards it only throws up a big red flag to me.
Steven is an amazing entrepreneur with a big heart for his community. Stop by for a cup at Heritage Mall. Fresh roasted coffee is the best!
Great coffee beans, always great service with a smile! I especially love the choice of light/med/dark roast, my husband and I generally prefer light roast and it's not very common to find. The website is easy to order from. I'm looking forward to checking out their new retail shop later this year!
Smoothest coffee drink I think I have ever had. Very high quality flavor and Steven is awesome for great coffee info! Made my daughter a special "off the menu" Mexican hot chocolate and she now has her new favorite place to go!
