I was there with some girl friends that I hadnât seen for a while. Our server was very attentive and gave us time to catch up. We had a lovely time.
I had asked for an outdoor table for my birthday and they got my reservation wrong so we had to sit inside, which isn't a huge deal, but I had made the reservation at least a week in advance and when I get a confirmation that I have an outside table, I should get an outside table. It was a Monday, I assume they did not schedule enough staff, our apps got to us before our drinks. We ordered another round they did not get to us until halfway through our dinner and my husband got his wine after we had finished eating. I appreciate how hard the few staff members that were there were working, I was not impressed this time by the service or the food.
Our waitress who is a blond haired woman, canât remember name is fabulous. Had her many times and she is always very consistent, personable and friendly. Thank you.
We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary dinner at the Vault. Our waiter was attentive and provided good suggestions to us. The cocktails, salad, dinner, and dessert were all excellent. We will go back again!

We usually love the Vault. Itâs our go to place for celebrations. This time we were disappointed. I made reservations but our table wasnât ready. We waited too long at the entryway before being attended to. The place was busy and clearly shorthanded. When we did get seated it took almost 45 minutes for our appetizer to arrive. And then another half an hour before the entrée. Our waiter was very apologetic but that didnât really help. The food although good was not up to the usual standards were used to from the vault.
Amy was an amazing server. She passes around the restaurant with a smile on her face, even on a very busy evening. The food was amazing as were the cocktails. Canât wait to go back again!
Bench tables near kitchen VERY noisy. Very short staffed. I realize very hard to find and hire help. Fish over cooked. Sea bass and halibut. Steak not medium rare. Again over cooked. Been coming to Vault for awhile and this was worse experience Sorryâ¦â¦â¦Also strange you have no Rose wines. Very popular right now. Disappointed
Always fantastic food, drinks, staff and environment.
Food, drink, and service was great. We forgot it was River Rhythms Thursday in Albany, so parking was tricky.
