It was all right but wished they weren't out of hot sauce & would have preferred my cravings box foods in the actual cravings box, because the paper sack ripped through the bottom & I lost my cinnamon twists on the parking lot ground & my taco! Also, it should be mandatory for you all to add a couple napkins per food item into people's bags/ boxes & some sauces too, especially if they're ordering to go!

Per usual a wait. But this time when I pull up to order there is like a 3 minute wait just for the mic to kick on and Karen is karening about how the manager at another location made $21 an karen and she only made $20 and it was unfair, karen, karen, muffled karren. Line clicks off. I was staring at the speaker box In disbelief?i look ahead at the lack of vehicles between the drive through window and I but still waiting another couple minutes, I decided subway sounds better and drove off. As a guy towards the end of the line was Flipping around to bail as well.

sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one would help me.. called and was told that the people inside were more important then me...I'LL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!

Bean burritos are my go to fave, but the menu is packed with a variety of wholesome, delicious and healthy fare. If you're passing through Albany and need lunch or a dinner meal, give this place a try!

Ordered 2 chicken crunch wrap supremes and one ended up being ground beef. I'm allergic to beef so guess what. Good thing I have my epi pen handy. I will never go back to this taco bell location. They could have cost me my life.

We went by drive through at 8pm. Sat in line only to be told they were closed for the night. ALL of the lights were still on and employees were hanging out in the parking lot. So many cars were going in the drive through.

Ordered Dorito locos taco supreme with beans instead of meat (for vegetarian girlfriend) and got meat and no sour cream or tomato’s on any of the tacos. Then ordered bean burrito with no onions for myself and they were 45% onion. On top of that I waited in line for roughly 30 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. If that Taco Time was still in town it would steal my business away from this Taco Bell.

They got the order right which was a plus because it was a bit confusing and drive thru can be tough. But the food was cold and all my hard taco shells were cracked and falling apart. Plus side........the nachos were great! So bountiful!

“Can I have a crunch wrap with no sour cream”-“it doesn’t have that on it”*drives to window with different employee*“I wanted to make sure that doesn’t have sour cream on it”*speaks to kitchen and tells us it’s okay*GUESS WHAT! F’ing sour cream.I mean, we only said it and verified it with 3 different employees! Not the sharpest tools in the shed as you can imagine, look at where they work. Pathetic excuse for work effort.

Very bad and horrible experience. We ordered veggie burrito but the person in the kitchen put meat (steak ?) inside. This is not at all acceptable since we DO NOT EAT MEAT.We came to know by eating a first bite since meat was not visible from outside. So essentially we had to eat meat which is against our fundamental principles just because of this careless workers in the kitchen. They made us other one and said sorry but that won't change anything.I will not recommend to visit this place if you are strictly vegetarian person.
