Ordered a #6 with an extra taco. Got one chalupa that was ground beef, and my extra taco was a cheesy roll up. Slow clap for these guys. You think you deserve more than minimum wage why?

Every single time I get food from this Taco Bell, my order is messed up. Every time. I order a black bean Quesarito, I get meat in it (I don’t eat meat) I order black bean Chalupas fresco style (no cheese/no sour cream) I get it supreme style (hubby can’t have dairy). I don’t know if you need to update the menu to have black bean fresco Chalupas or what, but clearly something is not working. Really disappointed with this location. Wish another was closer to me.
This location has gone through some struggles lately, but they have fixed any mistakes with my order. The manager was really nice and helpful.
They forgot my cinnamon twists again. It happens maybe half the time I go there, and I go there alot,. Since they started sealing the bags it's harder to check especially if you're in the drive thru lane.
If zero stars was an option that’s what I would choose. The young man who took mine and my boyfriends order was the most disrespectful and unprofessional worker TacoBell could have hired. Extremely disappointed with our visit, and isn’t having long nails against OHSA regulations?
Food's fine, but the drive thru takes FOREVER! There were 11 cars in front of me and it took an hour to get up to the window.

As a rule, I like Taco Bell. I mean we all know it's garbage food, but it tastes good. And I like the sauces. But why I continue to go to the one on Pacific by Queen is beyond me. They manage to screw up virtually every order. Today was no exception. I checked my bag because of course I had to. Everything appeared fine. Then when I got home turns out my wife's potato solf taco was actually just a regular soft taco. Way to fail yet again Taco Bell.
