They really cheap out on many ingredients specifically trying to give out 5 slices of olives on a 10$ foot long is ridiculous. Sandwich was ok but really irritating how cheap they have started getting with the olives and other stuff. Before a year ago it was actually pretty good but now I prefer other places in Albany more that will put a reasonable amount on your sandwiches.
This subway is a mess. I ordered online almost an hour in advance to pick up some sandwiches on the way home from Newport. My order was confirmed but when I arrived, there were no sandwiches. The employees initially told me I was at the wrong subway when I asked the address. My wife then showed them the confirmed order & they said they never received it. They wouldn't make our food because they said they would be in trouble by the Manager (even though it was already paid for). I will give them two stars, because they did end up giving our money back. However... why not just make the sandwich? We were HUNGRY.
I ordered online and when I got there 30 minutes later my sandwiches were not ready.(but I could see they were busy so that didn't bother me. I didn't mind waiting for them to get to my order). What bothered me started when they stated they were out of avocado.Subway team member A says to me "We are all out of avocado." To which I respond "that's okay. But you will be reimbursing me for it." (Because avocado is $1.49 to add to each sandwich and I bought seven sandwiches of which five had avocado) The Subway team members A and B look at each other then Subway team member A says to me "I don't know how to do that." To which I replied "well, avocado cost extra and if I can't get it that's fine but I want to be reimbursed for it." Both subway team members look at each other again and this time Subway team member B says to subway team member A "Just open another bag."So to my surprise I was under the impression that they were out but really they just didn't want to open another bag for me and my sandwiches. That seemed odd and kind to shady but oh well. As they continue to make my sandwiches they constantly bicker about who made what sandwich and where they were with my order. When I offered to open the sandwiches up myself and see what was what to help with their confusion they snapped back "We know what sandwiches was what, We just need to label them."Ok. That was a little rude but oh well I continue to let them work. When they were done with my sandwiches I said thank you and left. Only to get home and realize they messed up on not just one sandwich but three sandwiches. We live a good 20 minutes away from Subway so going back wasn't an option. They were not only rude and shady (The avocado) they also ruined my family's dinner. I would gladly go back and see if I can have a different experience maybe a better one but that one was awful. I don't know the people's names except it was a young gentleman and a young female.
Subway stop playing with very bad to their customers what gives you the right to employee to be mean to their customers you guys messed up on all orders
Sandwich was good, tables and seats could of been cleaned had to wipe down our table and seat's
Order got sent to the wrong store so I had to drive an extra 10 mins in the wrong direction to pick up our order. Once I got there the store still didn't have everything ready. We never got some of the order.
Fresh, friendly and professional-can't beat that. Very clean as well.
