Kind of disappointing.They were out of many items to complete the sandwich orders.Hopefully next try will be better.No lettuceNo spinachNo veggie proteinNo sandwich :(

Only one customer ahead of me and she ordered two 6" subs. After 7 minutes they acknowledged me. It looked like these two were competing for the slowest human alive award, and both qualified for the world championship in my opinion. They had to be trying to go that slow. I wonder if these people need help to get dressed. They need help to make a sandwich. It was painful to watch.

Comfortable, consistently Subway quality, just exactly what I know and love

Hey! Just got done at this location and the experience was terrible. The employee didn’t seem like he really cares about customer service at all. Had his headphone in listening to music so he had to ask us to repeat ourselves multiple times. He also double wrapped my girlfriend’s sandwich but not mine. Same guy. Right in front of me. So 5 minutes later my sandwich looks like this but hers is pristine:/ I won’t be going back there if I see him again.

The quality of Subway's ingredients has just gone so far down over last twenty years. My kids like it though.

Their tuna sub is to write home about . Their cold cut combo sub , delicious . Need I say more ?

I know Subway isn't some high-end establishment or anything, but this is the worst Subway around here. There are 3 within a few minutes of each other and I'd recommend either of the others over this one. You can order your food an hour ahead and they won't even have started on it when you get there at your pickup time. You still have to stand there waiting in line while people have their orders made and then when you get up there, they act all surprised about your order and start on it. It isn't like it is a one-time thing where they just missed an order that came in. It's pretty much every time. I now go to the one on Albany Rd just to avoid this one even though it's a few minutes farther away.

Highly would not recommend this subway location.I went to subway for the purpose of a meatball sub. When I arrived there was one gentlemen ahead of me. The 3 girls working were busy with what looked to be a large to-go order. I waited patiently for 20 min before the first girl (who did not have a name tag on) helped me and got the meatballs on a Italian herb and cheese, and toasted it. She added it in the middle of the line of sandwiches next to the gentlemen’s in front of me. After they did his sandwich toppings, they resumed the to-go order (for Ashley). I watched them put Mayo and toppings on the sandwich I thought was mine but they ignored me asking if it was. At the end when they saw a meatball on italian bread the second worker (Abby) started to remake the to go with Mayo. Then she realized she had already made this and it wasn’t apart of the to order. She tried to sneakily remove the Mayo and then asked what toppings I wanted. I told her that wasn’t my sandwich and I had different bread. She tossed the sandwich as the first girl went over to remake the base of my sandwich and informed me that they were out of meatballs and asked what else I’d like. I responded that I’ve been waiting for 20 min and this is ridiculous since they messed up on my sandwich and I’d like to speak to a manger. She said one wasn’t available and asked what else I’d like. So I ordered a spicy Italian even though all I wanted was a meatball. When I spoke to the cashier (Madi) I asked for the managers name. She said she wasn’t sure but she thinks it’s Johnny. I asked when he would be in and available and she said she didn’t know and then rudely proceeded to just tell me my total due. I told her I would be contacting customer service as I am very unhappy with the wait time for them to make an error in my sandwich. She said “you do that then. This was out of our control” very rudely. I responded that it wasn’t out of her control and pointed out the errors, paid and left. I have never experienced such bad customer service. To try to hide their mistake and not acknowledge it and then to give the customer attitude is not right. I would like to speak to customer service regarding this experience.

Typical subway food was good as usual No workers were friendly and quick to get my sandwich to me.
