Just order 4 sandwiches and all four are on bread that’s dryer than croutons. Hard to chew and hurt the roof of our mouths, but we are too tired from working all day to call, complain and have to go back. ?
I have no idea what is going on with the bad reviews, this Subway is exceptional. I am going to review completely on customer service, which I never do for food establishments but everyone knows what Subway tastes like.The lady that helped us today was sooo sweet! She took her time making our Sammie look really good and have the portions we asked for. She kept conversation and made us feel very welcome. She also went into the back to get us a sauce they didn’t have our front.Other Subways don’t get this right. It’s always the same ingredients. It’s the love and customer service that matters at these locations!It’s not just a sandwich, it’s art. -Someone important

There are a lot of flies in this subway. There is a huge fly problem in there. Pretty gross.Also I heard the manager yelling at a young employee in front of all of us customers. Very unprofessional.
They're great if you walk in and have them make it in front of you. If you use the app or the drive through, they invariably mess up at least one of our sandwiches.
Best customer service in a long time and I even tipped.I kept thinking something tasted off and my husband was I know it tasted different. I asked for extra spinach and I got two pieces. As for being out I understand.Today we are both ill. I understand Low staff, over worked, low product, mean people. Believe me I see how bad it is. But there has to be a want to deliver quality.

We had a specific order and it wasn't even met. We got no mayo, no guacamole, no extra veggies but still got charged.... REALLY...? We will never go back there again.
We usually love Subway. But our experience with this store was horrible. My husband took one bite out of his and thru it away. He said it did not taste right and he wanted to get sick. Mine tasted like it had to much water on the lettuce and made it taste bad. Though the customer service itself was great. Sincerely Lynda
