Staffing has been rough which I get, so the store posts varied hours outside on their drive thru board. Several times they are not open for even the new posted hours. It happens very often, and it gets frustrating.
Window attendant spilled coffee on me while handing me a coffee without the lid secured.

Undesirable service and store operation.
Went through the drive through earlier this morning. I usually do try to look up my own allergies not to bother anyone. Should have done it this morning. I asked about the egg bites and I was told to go online. I almost left because I was so fumbled by that. Especially since I was in the drive through. Someone else working chimed in and let me know my concern just not a 100% because cross contamination. Which makes sense.It was so rude first thing in the morning :(
Everyone who works there is literally the sweetest! They’re all so kind every time I come by(daily at this point) and always so joyful ❤️
They are very slow and don't get things right. I've went to this place on multiple occasions and each time they have managed to mess something up. Very disappointed.
