On 01/15/2022 evening the employees ignored customers at the drive thru for approximately 10mins once the cars started to drive away they just stared out the window. Not the first time with a bad experience.
Their hours are unpredictable and eradic. We are just trying to get morning coffee on a regular schedule and generally have to drive to all 3 stores in town these days just to get coffee at 5 am.This morning for example the hours on the Santiam Road Starbucks said they opened at 5 am. At 5:05 we left because they obviously weren't open.We dont care what the hours are, just make them predictable so that we can plan our morning drive for coffee with a reasonable degree of certainty that we will be able to get coffee.
A badly run store. They totally just don't get that we want a cup of coffee and fast. I rather have drunk raw sewage than their coffee. I stay away from this one. Or have starbucks redo this stores staff.

I try to avoid this specific location because their service and listening skills aren’t the best. The last time that I was here I was waiting in line for 23 minutes and I had already placed my order, the line was dead stopped so I drove off since I was going to be late for work.Save yourself some time and go to the location that in Target or the one that in North Albany, those are the two locations that I’ve never had a bad experience with.
Impossible breakfast sandwich is not very good, cheese danish was wonderful and my caramel frappe was also good
