We showed up with a group of over 20 people just as they opened on Sunday afternoon. We did not call ahead but they took good care of us. There was one server and she was prompt to take our orders, keep our drinks filled, and delivered our food quickly. Very happy with their service!The parm rolls are TO DIE FOR and mango habanero wings very good. Would go back just for the rolls alone!! Pizza was average. Chicken was salty and dry (we had it on pizza and in a chicken wrap), unfortunately. I would suggest placing the cooked chicken under the cheese on the pizza so it doesn’t dry out while the pizza cooks.
We just had drinks but the pizza smelled so good we will be back soon. She won some money on the lotto too so it didn't even cost us anything.
This was Great! We went Saturday night for my surprise birthday party. The place was PACKED! ONLY 2 waitresses, ours was Lilly and OMG she was so Awesome! No matter how many time we hit her up for stuff she was just as cool as could be and just so on the ball, all was checking on as while still taking care of her other customers. So great and the food was pretty dam good to! Thanks so much for a great evening!
Worst customer service EVER!! We first wait at the door 28mins not a single person comes over and says anything there was also 2 other groups of 3 there in line ahead of us. I asked them if they had been talked to anyone and they said no and they had already been waiting 10 mins before we got there. So I go and ask the lady at the take out counter cause there was 3 empty tables and she said she would talk to the waitress for us another 6 minutes passes by we are about to leave and they finally seat us. Our waitress took our drink order 2x before we actually got them. Now I will say they have the best pizza in Albany. But by the time we got it 1 1/2 hrs had passed and she forgot our appetizer and our pizza just luk worm☹️
For the first visit on a slow Christmas Eve, I thought it was good. I had the Caesar Wrap with fries. I found both to be very salty, and honestly, I think Game Time has a better wrap. My partner had the Rocky sandwich. I had 1 bite and it was good. The restaurant was neat and clean. Restroom was in good shape. There is a separate room for Oregon Video Poker. All in all, the service was great and I will return to try the pizza! Merry Christmas.
The most soggy pizza i have ever had. Ordered the vegetarian. Couldn't even hold a piece of it without all the toppings falling off the end of the pizza. Leftovers were even worse. I have never not finished a pizza before. The rest of it went in the garbage. Even Dominos can't screw up a vegetarian pizza. Goodbye Southpaw.
Greasy. Floppy. Too Many Toppings.The more toppings, does not mean better! It just makes the dough not cook through. I literally was told that at my HS job at Papa Murphys. 15 year old Tim was making better pizzas than this place.Honestly you’d be better ringing out your slices in to a frying pan and making yourself some fried chicken with pizza oil. You’ll have no problem getting yourself about 3 cups of poorly refined pizza oil.

Extremely pricy pizza but they did put a lot of toppings to make up for some of it. So sad the salad bar is extinct but they do make them to go and its not filled with ice berg lettuce but spring mix, cheese, carrots, tomatoes and croutons. Decent size I think and very fresh. The atmosphere is loud and echoey but lively. This night they seemed under staffed for servers but pizza was ready when promised. Will definitely return to try another one of their many pizzas.
