If I could a negative star I would. We bought a salad bar only. The salad bar was messy and many of the pots were almost to practically empty. When asking for them to fill it up I was told that the lady attending the bar was on lunch. So I asked, why did you sell me three unlimited salads when you knew this?! The restaurant was a mess as well. Just thinking about it again... urp

His excuse was he is short handed and he is working three different positions.What troubles me the most is the temperature danger zone and the arguments I heard in the back with employees and managers duking it out. Tonight we were at sizzler in Albany Oregon. We were excited to eat here. I was very put off by the staff. I had asked for plates was told by one young man working he can only do one thing at a time. so I went and sat back down waited a few minutes asked another lady she told same guy I had just spoke to put some out. he walked away few minutes later she came put the plates out and said She should have just don't it her self. my husband's stake came and middle was completely raw. There were several tables that had dirty dishes sitting on them upwards of 20 minutes after people left. when it was time for desert there were no bowls or spoons or ice cream cones. my kids used coffee cup and tried to eat it with a fork. while we were in the restaurant we over heard 3 other families complain they would never come back.
We enjoyed the salad bar. The atmosphere is wonderful. There was a pricing problem ? the board quoted 11 dollars and some change as a lunch price before 4pm. The hottest said because it was Saturday they charge dinner price of 14 something all day but I didn't see that written on the board. Food awesome! Clean environment and food restocked often.
Our server was very good. She was very busy! I wish I could remember her name. It was last Saturday about 7pm. She was a young blonde. Very pretty and sweet. We sat by the window in the smaller tv room. I hope she gets a kudos for this and all of her hard work!
We went there at dinner time and had to wait for a cashier because the cashier was filling a door dash order. After another person came to take our order, we were processed quickly. This day we just did the salad bar because we were limited on our dining time. The salad bar was well stocked and kept that way while we were there.
Decent food. But the quality of sizzle restaurants has been going down over the years. I wish this location had a better salad bar selection. Would love to see tuna salad at this location like in Longview wa.Also wish had more gluten free options for people with special needs
This place is precisely the way I remember every other Sizzler ever. Streamlined, soft ambient lighting, and they will serve you cheese bread until you've entered cardiac arrest. I don't know about 8 dollar Sizzler salads, but my date ordered from the senior menu & saved me some cash
Sign outside looks like you’ve been shut down for years.Lobby smelled of mold and was as dusty and old looking as their customer base.Arrogant blonde waitress passed by about 10 people waiting in the lobby with nothing more than a glare while joking around about “I’m not cleaning sh*t today” with another coworker. After she passed us a 4th time i walked out.If you can’t clean your lobby I would be horrified to see your kitchen. Get some better wait staff. Pathetic effort by the owner all the way to the girl acting like she’s playing with her friends at home.Only eat here if your ready to go towards the light
It was $24 for 2 adults to eat the salad bar buffet . Which was very tasty. Not a great variety of other food, UT the salads were very good.
