If there was any option to give this place zero stars I would, I have tried giving them chance after chance. I order the simplest thing off the menu and they still managed to mess up a steak & cheese burrito??♀️ They don’t hear half of my order even at the window when I give it to them they don’t understand what I’m saying. I have even written my order down on a piece of paper and given it to them and they still mess it up. I’m over this place I’ve tried giving chances, to not be rude after the first encounter but the fact it’s still happening & not getting any better, it’s just not worth it.it’s nice that they stay open 24 hours but horrible customer service and horrible communication.
This place is a gem of Albany.I haven't had a bad meal here no matter what I order. It always blows me away how fast they can crank out food that tastes so good.Highly recommend Combo 12, the Chiles Verdes.
I would double check what each order has and comes with. I remember when I would order from here they would fill there ingredients, now lately they have been pulling back. An asada burrito only comes with steak and sauce. No beans rice or anything else. Not saying anyone should order from here, just double check with them what comes inside so you're not going home with high expectations.

I love the food there pretty good prices and you know the food is always good no matter what store you go to and those are some big old burritos
The food is good and is made very quickly.There is often a long line. They do make food fast, but every car in line, and patron inside adds up. Whether the wait is worth it is subjective and contextual.The drive through speaker is terrible.
We were driving through Albany when we saw Rigoberto’s restaurant with 8 cars in line in the drive through, we thought must be good!!! It wasn’t good… it was AMAZING…we tried the enchiladas(1 chicken and 1 beef) with rice and beans 9.25 and the pastor big burrito 7.95.. it was worth every penny… WE WILL BE BACK TO TRY MORE!!!
This place is a gem. I regular here and there is no contest between here and fancy sit-down Mexican fare - Rigoberto's will always win! Staff are hardworking and always get the food out fast. The food is cheap, and always delicious. Come hungry, because they aren't shy with portions either. Its open 24 hours too, so what is there not to love?
Ordered 2 items with tip $20.00. Drove home unloaded items from shopping and food both items were not ours completely different. Called and talked to a female about it she said to bring the food with me and I can pick up my order. It had been 25-30 minutes and I didn't want to have to go back out again. French fries with meat on them not my cup of tea so I told her I would like to come down in another time and pick up my actual order she said okay and took my name. 10 days later I called and asked if I could get the order that I had paid for and gave in a tip for and was told that wasn't going to happen. The girl even kind of joked about it. Very disappointed.
Great food and love they're open 24 hours. Who doesn't love some delish meixan food anytime of day or night.If they had an open flame grill, it would take the asada and pastor to the next level but definitely still love it the way they make it.
