The website did not say that the only dine in is in the loungeThe main dining room is not open. Very bad if you have children with you or you dont want to eat jn a smoke filled bar. Very bad
The food had been really quit good but over the last few months it has down hill drastically. The service was very good in the lounge the bartender was on point.
I had fried shrimp ?, I have had several times but this time not the same the batter was gummy feeling, and shrimp tasted different not good I only ate 3 of 10 had to stop,24 hours later I wished I was dead.i threw up harder then I ever have in my life last time I eat at rainbow house SAD.
Very tasty and generous portions. Pretty good selection of choices. Will have to come back to try other meals out.
Great customer service as always. But...they must have changed cooks recently. This used to be our go to place for Chinese food. The last two times the food has been awful. The first time we had ordered something other than our usual order. Didn't like it at all. Waited a few weeks, went back to our standard favorites. Again, awful. Heavy, overly sweet, overcooked sauce with a strange taste to it. Not only did it not taste good but made me sick to my stomach afterwards. Sorry guys, won't be back.
Disclaimer: I grew up in the San Francisco area, so my standards for Chinese food are pretty high! Just one of me for dinner. I was staying at the motel across the parking lot, and after a particularly trial-filled drive down from Seattle I really didn't want to go find a place to eat. Chinese is always a good choice, and I'd never been to this restaurant before (when it was under the previous ownership), so thought I'd give it a try. Not busy at all this night. Service was prompt and friendly. I ordered Mongolian Beef and said "hot, hot, hot!" but the waiter must have heard "not hot" -- if that was hot, then I'd hate to see what they consider mild! By way of comparison, back home I frequent a particular Thai restaurant where the menu calls five chili peppers "Native Thai" and I always order six peppers hot. Aside from the spiciness, or lack thereof, the meal was very good. The portion is generous, as is the side of steamed rice (could be fried, but I chose steamed) and even though I'm a big eater I didn't go away hungry. The food wasn't exactly Chinatown quality, but was definitely above average. The only downside to the entire evening was other customers, talking a bit loudly and using language I'm not sure was appropriate with two little kids sitting a couple tables away. That's not the restaurant's fault, of course. I'm just getting used to the "new normal" for pricing, so can't really rate whether or not it was good value. It seemed on the high side, pricewise, but I haven't been out enough yet to know what's average anymore.
Extremely good service!! Huge portions!! By far the best honey walnut chicken and loaded fried rice. Very good potstickers!!! Great prices . Will go back this weekend !!
This was a doordash pickup. This restaurant always smells so good. I appreciate that the orders are ready to go when I pick up.
I absolutely cannot believe how delicious the food is. It is so fresh and the staff in the bar are really nice. Very low key, love it!
So a we ordered 4 specials and 2 dinner combo C portion sizes and pricing is way off the mark. 80 dollars worth of food barely fed four adults. We have been supporting this establishment since they took ownership I’m sadden by the way management handled this when we questioned it I asked if they have reduced portion sizes in the last few weeks I received and no response. Unfortunately we will spend our money elsewhere.
