I forgot to pick up the cookie dough with my dinner order (easy to do since you have to go over to the cold drawer and pick it up). I didn't want to call them during their busy rush, but the next day I was in the area and popped in to ask if I could get the cookie dough I forgot.The woman I spoke to was rude and treated me like I was trying to steal a $5 tub of cookie dough. I offered to show her my email receipt and she waved her hand at me and said it made no difference.This rude treatment of me was completely unnecessary and makes me reevaluate where I spend my money, as I am/was a very loyal customer who spends more than $5 here on a regular basis.I hope the owners see this review and have a chat with the woman I presume was a manager (she wasn't making pizzas; she came out of the back room when I came in).
I love there pizza but twice now I got there and they can’t find my order and I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make new onesThat’s why I called ahead but I still love their food it’s really good pizza
Come here Tuesdays for a Large 12.99 pizza! They have dairy-free cheese as well!
Always quick, fresh, and pricing is good. In the literal 100’s of times we’ve gone there in the past 2 decades, I’ve had maybe 5 pizzas that weren’t accurate or to my liking, but the staff were quick to correct when applicable and those are pretty good odds. My only criticism would be the new crust isn’t my fave but it’s still good enough. Its not a huge change but it is a whiff more bland.For those complaining about masks, it’s a pandemic, they are required and won’t be sometime soon. It floors me that people are still surprised by this 2 years later. I’ve seen too many customers (we go here almost weekly so we see a lot) berate the employees and they handle it with incredible professionalism each time. They have ample alternative options for how you can get your pizza if you don’t want to wear one in the store and they review them with you each time.We’ve been customers for over 25 years and don’t see that stopping any time soon!
Very busy but lots of staff members and very fast pizza is always great thank you all you doing great
Said it would be ready in 15 mins we got thetevat 10 mins and it was already all wrapped up and ready to go. Great staff!

Apparently this is a cheese pizza. I think someone forgot the cheese. I shouldn’t have to add cheese just to make it look like a pizza!
Our favorite pizza , order ahead and pickup cook whenever we want. Love it. 5 cheese bread sticks are to die for.
Been enjoying papa Murphy's for over 20 years and they are consistently fresh and affordable. Even when busy the Albany store has friendly staff and a clean environment.
