I’m so impressed with the customer service here. I haven’t been to Panera for a while and was unfamiliar with their menu changes. I was trying to order mac & cheese as one of my U Pick 2 options but I didn’t read the menu right and asked the cashier for “grilled mac & cheese”. When I picked up my order I was perplexed as to why I had a sandwich instead of mac & cheese. I told the ladies preparing the food that I didn’t think it was my order. It was then that I learned there was a *sandwich* of grilled mac & cheese. I said no problem, not what I was trying to order but perhaps what I did. They instantly offered to also give me regular mac & cheese. They quickly got me mac & cheese and I left super impressed with that level of kindness and customer service, especially in the stressful times with supply chain and staffing issues the food industry is facing presently. As I walked out I heard the lady who helped me very kindly mention to the cashier that it would be good to read peoples orders back to them to make sure they are right. Whoever the manager is, you hired well! Thanks Albany Panera for making my week brighter. ?

RIP OFF! Their Turkey Deli Sandwich came with only two 1/32" slices of turkey, thin enough to read a newspaper through. According to their ingredients list that's 17 grams of protein, around a half ounce of turkey. Cost? $10.59. Panera Bread is taking us for fools!

I always like Panera. I usually get the pick 2. Very clean, great staff. Not too crowded, masks optional, good selection of food, bagels and breads. I considerate it to be decently priced. Handicapped accessible.

I like Panera bread... usually. When this branch first opened everything was the quality that I expected from Panera, actual cut turkey breast, fresh ingredients. A little pricey, but if it's a really quality sandwich, I'm happy to pay for it. Same with sides, I know there's an upcharge to get a tomato basil side or a fruit cup instead of chips, that's totally fine. The last few times I've ordered the food has just been lacking in quality. Fresh roasted turkey breast has been replaced with processed deli slices, a la Subway. The last time I was there I specifically asked if my order to pick up was complete. I was told yes, got home, and half of it was missing. Dude, I specifically asked. The sandwiches were pretty sad, flat, tasteless, and dry.For a few dollars more I could have gone to Frankie's and gotten quality and value and local ingredients. For a few dollars less I could have gone to KFC and gotten a much better quality sandwich. I want to like this location, I was excited when it opened, but I just can't go here anymore.

My fiance and I went to get a bread bowl for me this evening (I'm pregnant and was craving one) and he got the peach and blueberry smoothie and I got their new in-season frozen strawberry lemonade. And his smoothie tasted like water and cream, didn't taste like peaches nor blueberries but I had seeds in it. And my "frozen" lemonade was not frozen at all and it looked like the made froth that took most of the cup which was barely half filled. If you can even say that. I took 3 small drinks from it and that's what it looked like. And it doesn't tast too much like strawberries or lemonade and is slightly watered down. To say the least we won't be returning considering this is the second time we've been disappointed from this location. And the lady seemed to be in a rush to get us out.

Very friendly staff… ordered a whole sandwich, it came in two halves about 10 minutes apart! Mostly bread… Very skimpy ingredients… Had asked a staff member if the sandwich actually looks like the picture description on their website… “Oh yes!“ Well, that is not the case. Very little value. Had an opportunity to use the restroom during my visit… Oh my! How this area could possibly pass a health code inspection is beyond me! Despicable! The manager needs to gain control.

I like this shop. It's clean. The staff are all friendly. The food is excellent and the prices are good. My spouse got soup in a bread bowl but the soup went very quickly (he's a tiny guy) so he asked if he could pay for another scoop of soup, and the chef just gave him a scoop at no charge. That's so kind. Stellar customer service! We'll definitely be back. And we promise we won't ask again!

I understand everyone is short staffed but this was out of line. Only drive through is open. Been traveling for hours. Waited 25 min in-line only half order was provided. I realized the error while still in the parking lot. Called the store, they laughed refused a refund or to provide items. No manager on duty. Unfortunate how the business is being ran and the poor treatment of customers.

Used to be my favorite place to eat , I appreciate the quality ingredients but the cost is getting a bit ridiculous and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you are charging fine dining prices you better offer fine dining service .

I love Panera. I do. And I get we are all tired of Covid and masks. But if you work there and are handling my food, then you should be wearing your mask. Correctly. Not below your nose and mouth. as I witnessed several employees doing while waiting at the drive thru window. However…the Turkey Bacon Bravo was still good. So there’s that.
