Kenney was very tentive to our needs and was a pleasure to meet. You guys have a great employee in your store. If I was closer I would steal him for my company. Food was great,thanks again for helping us with ordering too...
Nice place. Clean inside and relatively quick service. Only reason not to get 5 star was they didn't give me my fries.
I would definitely give this place a strong 4.5. They’re prompt and pleasant. And the food always comes out yummy.
For the last year I've gone there, the muffins are dry almost to the point of being stale and the coffee is barely luke warm. Guess when they make more money their concerns for decent fast food goes out the window. Damn sure won't be going to McDonald's anymore
They didn't give me jelly with my big breakfast and hot cakes. Jelly makes the meal great tasting
My ice cream cone was $1.60 which seems more than the typical cone at McDonald’s but it was worth the price because it was a lot larger than usual. It tasted great. My wife enjoyed her chicken nugget meal although she said the fries were mediocre. The drive through service was fast.
Extremely poor service! We walked in and ordered via the kiosk. We waited over 25 minutes to get our food. They were only waiting on French fries. Our food was sitting there for over 15 minutes getting cold while they were sending fry after fry out for drive through. Apparently it is ok not to make the drive thru wait, but perfectly acceptable to them to make people inside wait for over 25 minutes for their food. The staff were rude and didn't know how to apologize for what they had done. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! We will NEVER come back to this McDonald's. We even overheard a manager telling an employee that if she ever took that long in the bathroom again she would be fired. I completely understand that taking too long is an issue, especially if they were slammed. However, DO NOT reprimand and employee in front of other employees especially where customers can hear you. Not professional at all. McDonald's we really thought that you had better standards than this.
The service was so slow it made me wonder what was going on in the restaurant. Don't stop here If you are on the freeway. It is an easy on and off but it is not fast food.
I would give five stars, but there was still onion on like burger that I had to take off. Other than that good fries and burger for the price.
The worst service I every received. Cashier didn't know how to scan my mobile coupon it's pretty simple you grab the scan tool and scan it pretty bad when you have to tell them how to do their own job. Charged extra for Mac sauce but never received it. McChicken had so much mayo it's was all over the bun on the outside. Left out a mcdouble, and I had to wait over 20 minutes just to get my order that was wrong
