It’s bad. As huge fans of the ones in Salem (mostly south Salem off Liberty), we were excited to find when we moved to Albany there was a Love Love. My excitement crumbled to dust when I opened my food to find the spicy chicken literally just had chili paste dumped all over it, and there was ranch on my salad—I didn’t know I was at Applebees. The chicken was dry and if I had to guess it was from a few hours earlier. Lastly, before I go on for too long, the guy I spoke with over the phone to place the order and whom I picked up the food from was a jack***. So, they don’t like their customers nor do they have any dignity in the food they are trying to get you to buy. Might I suggest a rebranding from Love Love to Hate Hate?
The food is ok. But their menu is confusing and the staff isn't very helpful. You either get way to much or too little.
love this place! the owner is awesome and he and his wife cook all the food. the quality of food is better than any other asian food place I’ve been to and cheaper too. Great portion sizes!
Food has gone down hill. Don't waste you money the food used to be so good but now it's bland and nasty
The food isn’t even good. It was my first time there and they got my order wrong. I asked for teriyaki and orange chicken bento and they only gave me chicken. Worst place ever never going back
We went in to order lunch to go and had a great experience! The owner chatted with us after ringing us up and was so kind. He gave us oranges with our meals and the food was ready in less than 5 minutes. Both our meals were delicious. We will definitely be back!
This place was good when it first opened but now they have very bad management. I ordered my usual Chicken Yakisoba and the broccoli was still frozen... Yuck.
Ordered 50 bucks worth of food.... you can only order to go. They filled most of our boxes with rice and covered the rice with meat. The place has gone down hill. They don't even have the original dressing that comes with salad. Not impressed! Wasn't very sanitary in back cook area either. Didn't wear gloves preping our meals.
The owner is very nice and food is always fresh. One star removed because they will charge you $0.25 for a tiny thing of sauce which probably should just be free with your order.
