To be honest, i’ve always been pretty patient but currently, i’m very aggravated. Their customer service isn’t great and every time i’ve had a problem or a question they are never able to pick up, always see their workers messing around without gloves in the back and i’ve now called 8 times just to talk to someone. They have no other number or email to contact them through, and i’m totally done with this place, you get paid to do very little, how hard is it to answer when you notice they’ve called 8 times in the least busy time at 3 pm.
This store has gone down hill recently I have lived in Albany for 5 years and when I 1st moved here this Little Caesars was awesome But now they don't even put parmesan or butter on the crazy bread anymore not only that they don't even carry parmesan or butter in packets so you can put it on yourself And yet they continue to raise the price of crazy bread. When you go to Eugene and Springfield they still put butter and parmesan on their crazy bread down their. Very unsatisfying And on top of all that they don't even answer their phone when you call
The employees are really doing their best, but this company is garbage and the food just isnt good. All the issues people have with these stores boil down to the fact that they dont pay their employees enough and therefore cant stay adequately staffed.
I love little Caesar’s pizza it is so good,The stuffed crust is the best I think everyone knows it too because they are always busy they are always fast and super friendly and I like that they will bring it out to your carKeep it up!!!!!!!
waited an extra 30/40 minutes for our online pick up order and had to ask multiple times cause our pizza was on the back counter (along with 20 other pizzas that were probably cold and for the other 10 people in the lobby) and they wouldn't give it to us. It was cold by the time we got it!!All Employees had an attitude, should just say they are short staffed instead of telling everyone to just wait longer and take more orders. Also sadly didnt give us the marinara sauce and we didn't notice til halfway home.
Wait times are always incredibly long even when they have almost no costumers it's still takes ages and delivery times are so long that the pizza is barely worth eating and almost all the staff has a super depressed I hate this place attitude
Horrible service went through the drive-through while it was deadthey barely had any of the items I asked for and was told it be a 15 min in witch I said I'd wait he asked if I'd park in the front witch I didn't have to move pulled back threw the drive-thru while is was dead and their wasn't anyone in lineAnd I get a worker screaming at me aggressively hanging out the drive window witch was completely inappropriate and uncalled for
The pizza was alright. The guy said it would be a 15 min wait. I ordered one pizza and cheese bread and got them both plus an order of crazy bread of witch I paid for but didn't ask for it. It took waaay longer than 15 minutes. People that came in 15 minutes got there food before we did. Very slooow.
We only rarely get little Cesar's but when we do it's ALWAYS A DEEP DISH and every time they get an attitude that they have to make one! why?? it's your job! this is why we don't come here but go to pie5 in Corvallis. lose the tude or get a different job not requiring you to cook what people want!
Absolute nightmare customer service.Went through the drive through, they proceeded to preach how long of a wait it would be for them being out of “hot and readys” we ordered paid then they asked us to pull around to the front. Which you have to at this time go down a one lane to double back because it’s so busy and you can’t just turn back into their parking lot. Then I proceeded to go inside to see if they simply came out because we were gone so long because it took time to double back and they were unorganized. They were frantic despite me understanding their rush and stated that numerous times. Just wanted to see if they came out while we were gone because it took so long to double back. Then they continued to make jokes and talk trash like no one was in the lobby. Didn’t get my pizza or my money back I didn’t trust them making our stuff hearing how they were in the kitchen. So I left, absolutely trash.
