I stop here every so often for their hideously delicious tacos.When it is staffed, they are on top of it and surprisingly quick in the drive through, however I find them regularly closed during posted business hours.I wonder if Jack needs to pay these guys a little more to retain them.
Im at jack in the box and i found out theres only one worker there her name is Melissa and i want to say that shes an amazing person who is working hard and has an amazing work ethic she deserves a raise!
Went through the drive thru the other night and they had one employee working. Melissa was taking orders and making food. She did an amazing job and was friendly while doing so. My food was great! Most places would have closed in this situation. Give her a raise!
went two days ago and ordered a Plain #4.. the lady heard and got me a "Kid's Meal". tried again today, for some reason, and ordered same thing. I have no idea what "burger" I received as it's unrecognizable and certainly not "plain"; which should be the easiest burger to make.
Nothing beats McD fries but these aren't bad and the burgers are better. Employees were friendly and place was clean.
We love Jack! Even are regular customers. I have to admit we had an issue with our order but when we went back and talked to Melissa about it the staff went above and beyond to make it right.Thanks so much for all the kind effort during these busy and understaffed times!!!?
On Monday when many businesses even fast food rest were closed due to whether conditions two employees were operating the Jack in the box drive thru. Very busy, continued positive, professional, patient.
Foods normally hot and good, theyre employees can be very rude and none customer friendly at times. But other then that they're a good place to get a quick mediocre meal.
The food was not good at this location. It tasted old or like it had been rewarmed a few times. I usually love Jack I'm the Box but this one sucks.
The Lady literally argued with me on what I Order. I ordered Loaded Spicy Tiny Tacos and when I got to the window she said I never said Spicy and argued for a good few minutes as if she wanted to make me feel bad that she couldn't hear :( Wanted to add Management there is the best, it's just a shame this employee had no customer service manners...
