This place has amazing food and service!! If you love burgers, you’ll be happy. I love they have great specials daily. Also, a rumor says they will soon make their own buns.

What I expected was another boring burger stop that could be replaced by anything you cook at home. What I got was a fat burger and really good fries just constantly blasting my taste buds with joy. Well played, First Burger.

Friendly and such sweet staff, amazing food for such a great price. Big portions. Will most definitely be back!!

The place is interesting I'll try and explain. So the burger is good and if that's what you want is a quality burger then this will meet or meat your needs. Now if you want table side service then you might look elsewhere because this is an order at the counter establishment. The odd thing was how the hostess taking orders appeared completely overwhelmed and stressed and it was really being felt by the customer even though there were only 18 customers in the place and 4 people in the line. Not exactly stress making busy so that was odd, the lady tending tables appeared to be easily handling the work and we had good service from her. So the service was fine but a bit odd at the order and the food was good to even better than average and the place was clean.

The food was great and had a cozy environment. It is a nice place to sit and talk as you have a great meal.

Delicious! We are new to Albany and we were looking for a good burger. Did not disappoint.

Had a iron woman burger with bacon on a gluten-free bun. It was one of the best burgers I've had!! Going back soon.

Nice size portions, lots of flavor, overall good family dinning experience.

Staff pleasant, food is excellent large burger menu.

The burger was amazing! The onion rings weren't as much to my liking. They were crispy, but the onions weren't as soft as I was hoping. On the other hand the sweet potato fries were really good, and a great appetizer I would recommend is the fried pickles. Also, they had really good spicy ranch and spicy BBQ sauce.
