Really upset about the experience I had today. I pulled into the line, there were 3 cars ahead of me. I waited for 10 minutes to place my order.You took the order of the person behind me in line AND you served them first.When questioned you said “that’s just how we manage the line”. Wow.I will NEVER spend my money at this location again. Your staff was rude and I’m shocked because I’ve been a Dutch fan for years. Really not happy about how I was treated today.
This is literally the best Dutch Bros stand and franchise. I visit them up and down the West Coast and somehow this one just hits different. Don't misunderstand, you can't go wrong with the quality of staff at any location but this is my home spot. Fast, friendly consistent quality. You know you'll get exactly what you're looking for from a Dutch.
I didn't realize the prices were so high until after I paid. If you're looking for something fancy and someone else is paying, great place, but I'll stick with Mr. Coffee for now.

I have been a Dutch Bros customer for a very long time. I travel I-5 from Wilsonville to Eugene for my job. I order the same drink every time. I was appalled today when I went to the Wilsonville location and was told they can not make my drink with heavy whipping cream as the only milk product. When I told the young lady that I have been ordering the same drink for over a year she told me "not from here" even though I have. She stated it is not allowed according to their owner and that other places may but they do not. She was rude. When I told her I would make a review online she told me "I really don't care about that" and "it doesn't bother me" as she walked away. My suggestion is to go to ANY other Dutch Bros.
