You can always count on them to mess up even the simplest orders. Attention to detail tends to be at an all time low.. the fact that I don’t even adjust an order, I just take it as is, and you still manage to mess it up.. not only that but so much lack of attention that you didn’t even see that in the notes there was a ten dollar bill for a tip under the mat, and which we made sure you could see it and you didn’t even grab that. Good riddance cause it wasn’t worth a buck that we paid.
This location is always very nice, the staff are always very helpful and attentive. They’ve been a little low staffed, who isn’t right now? So I always am trying to be extra positive. The pizza is always hot and never not on time! I once had to cancel my order because I was on a tight schedule and one of the employees helped me delete my order with a push of a button! :D
I'm not a fan any more. Sorry, I had a 2 hour wait last night and when I received the food it was past it's prime. Not cold yet but getting close. The online tracker said that the pizza had been out of the oven for 40 minutes before it reached our house. My wife tried to call and waited on the phone for 45 minutes before hanging up. I'm sure domino's has an explanation however with costs going up " inflation" eating out or ordering delivery is becoming a more expensive luxury and I will not waste my money on poor quality. Sorry Domino's pizza.
After ordering, the email confirmation said 170-180 minute estimated delivery. I discovered this after 45 minutes of watching the "tracker" not move. I immediately tried to call the store to cancel my order. Waited on hold for more than 45 minutes. Nobody answers. Now the tracker says it's on the way and I no longer want it. I ordered from somewhere else. Domino's has terribly poor management and no way to cancel an online or app order once it's placed. They refuse to answer the phone so you can't cancel the order. This same problem happened over 3 months ago. I thought they would have fixed this problem by now. I will not use Domino's in Albany again!
The could not get there act together last night.It appeared that they just quit answering the phone so I made trip down to order in person was told a ten pm. It would be a hour and a half for a pizza not happy at all if I could give a lower score I would
The quality of dominos has severely decreased in the past year, today was the last straw for me. I ordered a pizza at 8:02 on a Friday, we figured it will definitely be busy it’s a Friday. Two hours later our order is delivered, no worries, we get it. I’m 8 months pregnant and I immediately can smell the stench of BBQ sauce. Open my pizza to see it is covered, literally drenched in BBQ sauce which we did not order. I called, man on the phone offered to send out a new one would be by in 45 mins. We accept a replacement and wait. I then watch the dominos tracker and see they literally pass our house to deliver other orders. I would say priority is the order you messed up and had wait for two hours but that’s just me. Don’t recommend unless they change their store and workers somehow. Their driver who first delivered (John), is amazing! Always so sweet and polite. Tip John double if he’s your driver, he deserves it!
Always good to do business with a sharp professional who's really at the top of her game. Since I was on the road I had occasion to sit in the car and wait for the pizza and pasta primavera to be prepared. That gave me a chance to see your crew in action. Do I have it right that the manager is the young woman that actually took our order well you wouldn't know who that is. But when I say the young woman who seems to be quite willing to charge in a kind manner is probably the manager.. It's as if she was the guiding force there. So I tip my hat to you again. Domino's so consistent it seems since we're in the middle of moving we've been eating at your establishment every night. Thanks very much for cooking.-a sole caregiver.
Been over a year, have not been back. Ordered 2 thin crust pizza's over the phone. Picked them up and got them home. Both them were burned to a crisp and tasted terrible.Threw them away! I called and they refunded my money but I am 13 miles away. Made a sandwich. Got screwed over so bad I have no faith.
The kids that work there close whenever they feel like it so its a game, you never know if they are all in the back hanging out with the store closed at 10, or will they stay open until 1? Depends on what they feel like for the day
Update: So they are open but understaffed. I get that. Totally sucks when you’re trying to get everything done!Normally have no problem and their pizza is decent for being as cheap as they are. Hope you guys get some help!Ordered pizza tonight. Apparently they are closed????? Even though the website says open. I ordered food online and waited about 50 min or so. The delivery time changed three times…. So I decided to call after the tracking said it was still in prep. On hold for over 20 minutes. So I guess their closing early without notifying their customers. Had a hungry child. Wish I would have known so I could have ordered somewhere else! Also used my free pizza on this. I pass thru PayPal. Hopefully it doesn’t go they and I get my free pizza back….
