Too many gay dudes cooking my burgers then going home afterwork and doing each other while they tell their wives they are at home. Oh and they have herpes
Husband and I went for a late night anniversary dinner and the service was horrible, waited 45 minutes to order, another 30 to get our food (only two other people there. The workers were just standing around jabbering and joking around). Orders were wrong, food was tasteless and cold. The only good part of the whole thing was the strawberry lemonade and the mozzarella sticks, and even those were mediocre.. would have rather went to McDonald's and dropped $45... And I don't even like McDonald's food...
I definitely recommend Denny’s they have amazing breakfast and good dinners love it but I recommend they start using hair nets tho hairs in food is a bit of a issue but if they just start using hair nets that would be wonderful
friendly staff...Debit machine decided to take a break when I went to pay... took awhile they fixed it.. but fixed my order while waiting so was no long wait...Burger was awesome as always. double cheese w/ Bacon and fries . 13.95...almost same as some fast food joints meals now days. and so much better....imo
Tried one more time online ordering and a fail!! Order again wasn’t ready on time. They forgot the pancakes and sausages. Said they’d correct my order, picked it up and got home and guess what….no pancakes again! Called Dennys, offered to correct but honestly at this point I just wanted a refund. Was told couldn’t do that without a receipt. Said I did an online order and they had my info. Their response was another mgr would call me soon. NO CALL BACK!! Def won’t be back….ever!
BUYER BEWARE. The food is sketchy and the manager RAY is even worse.Worthless. Never order through the app. If they actually decide to make your food, it will be stuck behind any DoorDash orders they may have.I made that mistake. Ordered. Called them to say I was there. They called back to say it would be another 7-10 minutes, but they would bring my food right out. 15 minutes later I had to go into the restaurant to find out what was going on. Guess what? My food was sitting right there. OF COURSE IT WAS JUST BROUGHT OUT OF THE KITCHEN! I was told.My food was cold. When I called the manager RAY to complain, he hung up on me. Twice. Then offered to remake the food that they couldn't make in the first place after wasting my time.No thanks, RAY. Never again. You are not doing the franchise any favors.
It was a great dining experience! Good food, and plenty of it, with some of the friendliest food servers I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with at any restaurant. ? The Denny's in Albany rates 5 stars ? for sure!
They're all the same and everything tastes like chicken...Actually though, sorry I forgot her name. The server that was working was all alone. That said, she was keeping up, had a good attitude, and was delivering excellent service. Gave her a big tip. She definitely earned it. I got the veggie burger with bacon. Yum
The server was amazing, kind and sweet. The cook Jacob doesn't care about his job. He's sending out food under done, sloppily cooked and just poorly done in general. The server is working hard to make up for his lack of care but she can only do so much when he isn't willing to do his job. The server kindly asked Jacob to remake something after he's messed up multiple orders and he freaked out on her. I dont know how Jacob still has a job. The server needs a raise.
Always dependable good diner food and at this location very good service. You get what you pay for if you respect the servers and tip them well. They do remember you. Just sayin
