I've been here about ten times at least and my last order was just so perfect I had to review. Their consistent food and consistent excellent customer service has made a big impression on me. I have been a cocktail waitress and food server in Vegas- Industry girl- and I love this place. I love that I can count on their kindness and their meals. Thank you so much! Ray of sunshine in these hard times.
4:20 in the afternoon, a kid walks in and says they went through the drive through about an hour before but he didn't get the breakfast burrito they ordered. Manager said they don't serve breakfast after 11. Kid says it was his dad's who is waiting in the car and maybe it was some kind of bacon burrito... he wasn't sure. Manager asked to talk to the dad and kid agrees. I went outside and saw the kid get in his car. Dad wasn't in there, no surprise. Kid just drove off. Manager was calm, polite, and professional. Food was pretty good too.
Food is fresh. Menu items are tasty. Sometimes there's a line for drive thru but that is a good sign that people find the prices reasonable. They are friendly and make the food as you order. Taco night is on Tuesday of course so it's easy on the budget and you can take the kiddos out to eat.Only downside is ventilation in the restrooms or I would have given 5 stars.Please note that restrooms were clean but have a strong odor that can be overwhelming.
Their crispy shrimp tacos are absolutely fire. Great and friendly customer service. My only gripe is 3 times I ordered them (so far), First time I had a lime wedge in each wrapper, second time, no lime, third time I got a tub of limes (I ordered like 6 of them this time). Regardless, they were all awesome. I just like consistency.
Wow! What a disappointment! I waited in line for quite some time to get the Tuesday special! However, today, it wasn’t even worth the wait! The tacos weren’t even half way full! Nothing like before today! As far as I’m concerned, you can keep them. Not worth the wait time! Deanna Jones
I usually give Del Taco a good review but not this time. I ordered a mini mint shake and when he handed it to me it was half full and not even blended. And he was rude. I ordered extra lettuce on everything and did not receive that either. Still love the place though

i had a terrible experience with the girl at the window. we used to be friends but drama ensued and i decided that i didn’t want to be around her anymore. i came through the drive through for the first time in over a year and when she realized it was me at the window, she came over and aggressively yelled at me for 2 minutes. she asked me questions, and when i tried to respond maturely she would tell me that my answers would result in her not talking to me, even though she continued to yell through the window, and we already don’t talk. at the end of the interaction, Michaela aggressively handed my food to a very loving and confused Ally, and said “get her out of here.” I want to emphasize that in this moment I was a customer and she chose to act like a child. your employees should not feel comfortable yelling at customers. there’s no justifiable reason to act like that. i didn’t say anything to her, she just chose on her own wit to be mean and disgusting. i repeatedly offered to calmly speak with her on the situation outside of her JOB, but I guess she was just feeling brave because she was behind a counter.
