Never sat in the Drive-Thru for less than 10 minutes just sat in it for 17 minutes. The last cones I bought for the kids had been in the freezer for a while and settled down to one puddle on top of a moist cone. I think the young girl who runs the window is also the cook and maybe the manager or temporary manager. It would probably be worth driving to Corvallis if you want a good dairy Queen.

Pre-ordered an ice cream cake, 2 days in advance. Told to call upon arrival and they would bring it out. Upon arrival, told it would be “better for them” if we went thru the drive-thru. Thought it was called “customer service,” not “merchant service.” Drive-thru person asked what kind and what size 3 times, though our name was supposed to be on the cake. Waited over 30 mins in the stupid drive-thru to pick up a pre-ordered cake, then they didn’t even had it ready. Are you kidding????

The only good thing about this place was the assistant manager before he left. They do not allow in store ordering or pick up, the ice cream machine often goes down, which leads to long wait times in the drive thru, and usually no explanation for why you are waiting 45 minutes for your order; if you complain at the local level, your complaints are ignored and you are treated as if you do not matter. Supposedly the machines will be getting updated in the next several months which will cut down on wait time while ordering. We'll see...

Long line slow service. They first told me they didn't have what I wanted. Flavor of blizzard put of stock. Then i git up there and the kind i wanted 2nd choice was handed to me as a small. Took forever to get them to remake it. Not happy

Horrible! Quite possibly the worst take out experience I’ve had in years (for any restaurant). Person taking the order couldn’t figure out the register, so I couldn’t order what I wanted. Took forever to receive the order, even though we were the only car in line. Got the order and one of the burgers was wrong, two were very undercooked, and the “regular fry” container was less than half full. Won’t be returning to this location.

Best DQ I’ve ever been too yet. I just happened to be coming through the town and we stopped. When I went through the drive through the girl working at the window named kaylee bush was so nice, and polite definitely one of the best fast food workers I’ve came across.

Maybe I just happened to go at the right time on the right night. Best DQ I've had yet. Blizzard was packed to the bottom, burger almost could have passed as homemade and the onion rings were fried to perfection.

It's fast food and it's hard to get a five star for fast food from me. So far the service has been alright, the place is a bit run down and lately they have been out of some things. With that said, the food is as good as ever.

This is the worst Dairy Queen, and possibly the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I’ve worked in the fast food industry and have never written a review because I know how hard it can be. However, this experience had me questioning my mental sanity. The only car in front of me waited 20 minutes to get a couple items. I pull up and am waiting for a blizzard and a water. During my 15 minute wait I watched 4 workers stand around doing next to nothing. When they finally started making the blizzards, they prepared two or three bizzards before mine and stuck them in a fridge next to the service window. Not sure if this was the order behind me or what. I got my blizzard 10 minutes later which only had a few individual toppings in it, although I paid for extra toppings (not a huge deal) and my water had ice when I ordered without ice (also not a huge deal). Overall, it was the worst drive through experience I’ve had. I’d give them zero stars if I could. Novel over.

Horrible! We have had so many problems with the one in Albany! The line is always super long. Your ice cream melts while you wait for your food. They aren't serving food, but don't put up a sign, so you don't know until you are stuck in line. They are out of ice cream. You order dilly bars, wait in line for 35 minutes to find out at the window that they don't have any dilly bars! We are so done! Won't go to the Albany DQ anymore! ?
