Casey is Chipotle’s best worker at the Albany, Oregon location. She always ensures the customer is happy and works hard each time I see her. They were out of chicken, but her presence made up for it!!
I love Chipotle. But this location screws up my online order almost every time. They use the wrong salsas, forget things, or skimp you on serving sizes. The picture is of two of the same exact bowls ordered, one is significantly smaller in portion than the other, for the same price.
Wildly disappointed. Orders were sometimes placed on the pick up shelves, sometimes brought to the counter and a name shouted, or in my case placed on the drive through cart. At least 15 minutes after I arrived before they figured out where my food was and unapologetically handed me the bag without so much as eye contact. Food was made to order but cold and mushy due to sitting for so long.
Ordered online. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes. Got to the window and they ignored me for a couple minutes and continued to fill orders - second time this has happened to me. Got my food which was barely warm.Also the front doors were locked at 7:30pm on a Saturday. I asked them why the doors were locked and they said they were running out of food! I love Chipotle but this one isn’t consistent. You never know how your experience is going to go but lately it’s been a more negative than positive. Quickly becoming not a fan.
Love Chipotle. You read some of these 1 star reviews? Lmfao. What a bunch of fibbers and embellishers. Saying they're waiting for hours, wanting free burritos and some guy saying people in Albany don't understand how to order food online. Give me a break. ??? Who wrote some of these reviews!? ???I've been here 5 times and they've done a good job every time. Would recommend.
Very hit and miss with this place, at least right now. It's always a gamble with if it's going to be a very long wait, or totally reasonable. The same burrito order varies greatly in size each time we go there. Sometimes the meat is good, and sometimes it's kind of terrible (at least the steak). Sometimes you can tell you actually got the double meat you paid for, and sometimes we've definitely been ripped off, which sucks because they are already not a particularly good value. On a more positive note, I think the staff have always been friendly, even when the place has a ridiculous line and they're struggling to meet online order times. I guess the occasional good experience and good experiences at other locations, so far has been enough for us to keep coming back.
Bad management and service! They made me a chicken burrito and charged me more because it had the new chicken. The problem is the menu board didn't say they charge extra. I didn't have more then 10 dollars. Instead of selling the burrito for normal price, they threw it away! What a waste! I walked out upset. Before you sell a product at least show it on the menu. I wonder how many people payed extra and didn't know, theft!
Absolutely ridiculous! Pick up order at 630 line to get through 40mins IN DRIVE THRU STUCK! THEN sit 10min AT THE WINDOW with workers making orders BUT NOT ONE PERSON opens the window for 10MINS!!!! Limit your online orders if YOU'RE understaffed CHIPOTLE!! AND PLAN to remake food over 40mins wait time for CHIPOTLANE and how much it is to have to eat cold thats asking alot.. I was there on time for my order & your staff didn't keep their end of the deal for mobile ordering
TOO MUCH SODIUM!!!! I love having a location in Albany! I went there for the first time the other day and got a chicken burrito. It was really good BUT it was INSANELY SALTY!!!!! Ugh ?? Please adjust the sodium / seasoning that u add to the chicken!!!!
Even though they were super busy they did amazing especially since they just opened! Most of the reviews are just people being upset because they had to wait for a long time. You should expect them to be busy, they’ve only been open for a month. Anyways, I give them credit for doing everything they can to get through the rush. You guys are doing amazing! Thank you
