Patty will argue with you if you have any questions regarding sizes. She was argumentative over the speaker while ordering and then continued to be rude about it at the window; after we said all was just fine. We asked for ranch and was told they only give one ranch per order…… when we bought 2 sides. We’ve had issues the last couple times and after this interaction will definitely not return to this location. Patty needs to work somewhere where she doesn’t interact with customers. Ridiculously unprofessional.
Double western bacon baby. Might be dead by 45 but at least you will have lived. That is if you can afford it. Prices are going up everywhere not your fault cj probably biden, or Trump depending on your side of the isle
The burger and fries were fresh and hot. The reason I’m leaving the review though is because I forgot my card and the employee that took my order ran my car down clear to the street and gave me my card back. That is impressive customer service especially since I’m out of town and would be in a world of hurt without it.
I got off work and decided to go to Carl’s Jr. and get a burger, I have a injured leg , im very tired and I didn’t want to cook, I went inside to order the lady at the cash register didn’t acknowledge that I was standing there waiting to order and she ignored me for quite a few minutes there was no one in the dinning,after she got done wrighting then she finally looked at me I only ordered a burger that was all and I told her it was to go, she placed the order when the order came up apparently the young man in the back made it wrong she told him it goes on a white bun , I stood there watching as my Burger was remade and put back up she let it sit there and sit there and did everyone else’s order in drive thru I am standing there in pain I know I have a little frown on my face , she looks at the the co worker who is actually doing the drive thur with a smirk on her face and tells the coworker , the one with the frown as she is looking at me , I never said a word I kept to my self, but this is the worst service I have ever got at Carl’s Jr. , and it was done very rude. I will never go back there again. And I will tell my Family and friends and coworkers, I work in healthcare so I know a lot of people.
The manager that drives this black van will yell at you, cuss at you, and treat you so nasty if you want to park in the parking lot. They only care about themselves and not their customers

They need more help ! Waited awhile for the one girl to help at counter, 6 PC chicken tenders were dry and chewy didn't get 6 got several remnants of pieces of chicken not edible hard like rocks hubby's hamburger was tasteless waited a long time then it was cold.
I love coming to this place, the staff is friendly and I always happen to get a picture perfect burger :)
Fast and friendly, most of the time the food is hot other times it's warm
Carl's Jr for fast food is pretty good. Always a good meal
