Food was probably good but we waited for over 30 minutes, after ordering, while our food just sat there on the counter. We were not served at our table, instead we had to seek out our food when we realized other guests that ordered after us were being served. Too expensive to eat it REALLY cold. Two thumbs down. Really disappointed as I have missed this franchise living out of state.
We went in there and ordered several items. One of the items we ordered was fish and chips. When they first handed us the order the fish and chips were missing. My boyfriend went back in (our order was a to-go order) and showed them the bags and that it was missing. They tried to fix the problem but gave us chicken strips instead and we didn't realize that until we got where we were going. The fish and chips were supposed to be for my boyfriend's mom and she doesn't like chicken. Other than that the food was fine and I do give the credit for trying to fix it. If we had gotten the fish I would have given it 5 stars.
Crew was kind, but roughly 20 minutes for our food felt a bit long. Onion rings were quite greasy but dipping sauces and waffle fries were great. I don’t know of it’s a victim of shrinkflation, but the patty size vs bun and topping size is disjointed. The burger patty was lost in everything surrounding it. Strawberry shake was fantastic but overall a middling experience for the $27. I would rather pay more and have a great burger than pay less and get something of lower quality.
Always a treat eating at Burgerville. Having grown up in the Portland area and then moving to the Seattle area I missed having Burgerville near me. Always had to stop in Centralia and have a burger or fish n' chips if I was driving past.Quality ingredients, friendly service, and yummy food.Some might argue that their menu is limited but I say it's to their strength and let's them focus on quality more than many menu choices.
My mom and I eat at burgerville a couple times a year when we get together and make a run to Albany. Today we were not impressed. The fries tasted burnt and the chicken tenders were over cooked and hard. Up until today we have always had good food. I hope next time it will be back to the good food
Great little shack. Never been here personally until Yesterday ,and wow. Everything was fresh and the wait time wasn't more than 10 minutes for a walk in. Highly Recommended and will be going back with my lady again for sure!
My wife insisted that we try again even though they have never once gotten our order right. We'll guess what? They again messed up our order and there was hair wrapped around our fries. Nice thick black strand of hair intertwined with the fries. No one in our home has black hair. I'd call and complain but all they do is put your name in a book and forget about you. This place is terrible
This place ahould be named Bada$$ Burger! Thats all that needs to be said about this burger joint. A local GEM for sure. I always have the Bacon Cheeseburger w/ waffle fries and DP... i totally recomend this place to anyone on almost any occasion.
Best Bacon cheeseburgers, delicious waffle fries. Brenna is the best to work with she's great at her job! That girl deserves a raise. My 2 year old son's favorite burgers!
