Ordered breakfast was even asked how many syrups I wanted for my pancakes...no butter or syrups in my bag.. not busy and still no dine .. disappointed
The still suck . They don't take critical mistakes seriously and dont have any consequences for screwing with people's food.Their management style is to try to pacify the customer with taking responsibility
I wish I didn't have gift cards to spend at this place. Lousy service, missing items and employees that look and act like theyre 1 minute away from choking on their own spit from their own stupidity
The service was great and the food was fine , first fast food I had in months.
This is my whopper.. it was cold and meet was old really disappointed. This was my last visit to this place !!!!!!
Went thru the drive thru-- jokes on me-- It took 15 mins for 2 Oreo milkshakes, which were half melted by the time they gave it to us . The workers were running back n forth to smoke or something outside by the dumpster, the girl was super snotty. Just a bad experience all the way around, sadly. Plus they gave us paper straws, and let me tell you that an Oreo milkshake + paper straws= just a waste of money?
This is the second time they have messed up my order. Whopper with cheese and no veggies had no cheese and veggies. Also paid for two full meals and only got 1 fries and almost didn't get my second drink. I understand new people are still learning but this is the second order in the past week that has been wrong.
I order a plain Jr Whopper with only onion and tomato , but it took them 3 times for them to fix it right , then they gave us back out money and told us never to come back , did I tell you am 70 yr's old , I found this so FUNNY
Decent experience, my burger was good but frys attend to be some what cold. Going to start asking for fresh frys every time. Depending on cashier in the drive through, they can be really nice or have a little attitude at times
