Ordered the 6 piece hot honey chicken nuggets with the crinkle fries for $6.00 in the drive-thru. Got home to find I had only one piece that qualified as a nugget, one other that had just enough chicken to make it edible, the rest of the pieces were simply small crunchy fried batter piece. If there was chicken it them, it was unidentifiable. The sauce was great, had there been real chicken nuggets to eat with it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
It was the worst sandwich I've got from the place. The quality was not there that day. The roast beef w cheddar had little meat and tough to chew.
This is the 2nd or 3rd time we went to this Arbys and found it closed. The last time was a Saturday night at 7 pm. How can a drive up fast food restaurant close at 7 pm on a Saturday night?? The Arbys in the next town was open as well as EVERY OTHER fast food place.
this Arby's goes above and beyond! They've been very shortstaffed, but still manage to do a great job!Good food, perfect orders, friendly employees!Say something nice when you go thru the drive thru! Show appreciation to their hardworking employees ! usually only 1 to 3 people working here, so be polite! They still do a great job!And have patience at the busy drivethru. Albany Arby's is great. I am a doordash driver that has been making delivers from this location since they have started using doordash. The whole crew has been awesome until today. They have some new employees and one of them is no good. He is a tall blonde kid. He gave me 1 shake and I told him there is 2 on the order and he said no there wasntand refused to give me the recipt. He said I don't have time for this and made another gave me the shake but not a straw I said I needed a straw and said there was 2 in the bag. I said why would there be2straws in the bag if he only thought there was 1 shake he got irritated said I don't have time and went back inside.the customer texted they only got 1. This is not a huge deal but he had a bad attitude and lied to my face

One Star because...... No cheddar cheese sauce for the beef & cheddar sandwich, No tator tots anymore, No Chicken cordon Bleu anymore........ AND No straws for drinks!! No thanks!!
Olga at the window was incredibly unprofessional, when we got to ordering our food all I heard exit the speaker was "You can order now!" I had been sitting at the speaker for two minutes prior without any response from anyone inside.If you're having a bad day, best not to take it out on customers, and if you don't like customer service get out of the industry.
Disappointed in the sandwich, won't be back. Well hadn't eatn at Arby's here in Albany Oregon for a few months and decided to have 2 of there cheddar beef sandwiches for lunch as I have liked them in the past. What a joke as far as cheddar goes, maybe a half teaspoon of it in one small area of each sandwich. WHY THE FRICKIN BOTHER, not even enough to taste. Just call it a beef sandwich bland and not nearly worth the money. Won't be back, used to like Arby's
