The 2 for 20 meal has been increased to 2 for 30, it's quite obvious they are microwave dinners. Chicken and shrimp so overcooked and over seasoned you could taste the 6.5 minute timer on the microwave and salted to keep for 10 years at Winterfell.Whiskey burger was a 2" thick puck of burnt to the netherrealm hamburger, "20 oz" beer is 8$ when a pint glass was the same size for 6$. if not visiting at happy hour (9pm-close) look elsewhere for plenty of options in Albany.
Whether dining in right now or popping by to do carside service I have enjoyed a number of their menu items. Staff is courteous and professional. Thanks everyone for giving us good food with a smile.
My son and I went. Pleasantly surprised. Food was good. Service was good. Our order came up quick.
Slow service. Never offered to refill my water glass. Messy appetizers was not offered extra napkins. Waitress seemed scattered and overwhelmed all the whileShift manager was on laptop by the bar.Took forever to get our bill.
The food is excellent. The waiters are very friendly. There is one girl there that seats people, she's kinda rude,never smiles, acts stuck up, doesn't strike conversation, doesn't say anything. Other than that great place to eat! Oh and there cherry pepsi is BOMB!
We usually love Applebee's but had such poor service last weekend. Waitress was too busy chatting with friends at the bar to take care of us. We had to ask 3 times for extra napkins before we got them. Had to ask other wait staff for appetizer plates and staws. No refills until it was time to leave. We wanted desert but couldn't get her attention so we skipped it. Food was amazing though.
This restaurant is in Albany. Had a brand new server-poor thing-we all arrived at different times for happy hour and kept her running but she was a trooper and we enjoyed our time. Had Wonton tacos to start-wonderful, then a surprisingly good steak cooked as ordered.
Bartender was cool. Steak was absolutely terrible. Good flavor but absolutely horrendous cook for a “medium” steak. It was either the worst cut of sirloin they’ve ever purchased or the chef brought out a slab of leather.
Great atmosphere. Good food and good service. It was a little cold and we asked them to turn down the AC which they did promptly...thank you.
We went here over the weekend and it's always going to be such a low class restraunt. Our appetizers took over 40 minutes and were cold when they came to the table, finally. Food took 1 hour and 20 minutes from when we ordered to make it to the table. Took us asking the manager as she walked by our table and what do you know? Our food came out a minutes or 2 later. Our waitress was great about keeping up drinks but it wasn't that busy for how slow everything was.
