If you want A&W this is the only place on I-5 between Portland and Eugene. It also is almost always understaffed which makes service pretty slow.I still like the food though so we wait but my rule of thumb is if it isn't coming from the fryer we aren't buying it. A sandwich will take 3-4 times longer than anything fried.Also the lobby has been closed for two years at least if not longer. I'm not sure if they have opened it again.
I mean idk maybe it's just me , but I really feel at this place something is a little off with the taste,..You know ...but idk ....Oo and I mean it's at busy section sometimes so serve is not the best with getting order correct.Double check it you know.
Food was alright, the root beer float was not my favorite and it took close to twenty minutes for our order to make it to us, it was the lunch hour but It felt like a long wait. Staff seemed nice and friendly however.
While the food was ok, it wasn't up to the usual standards this visit. The wait was rather lengthy as well. Both of these issues might have been caused by their lack of staff available, but I can only be sure about that for the wait time. Usually a much better experience.
My experience is that they are very nice, then are very rude, don't bother calling back in scheduled appointments, they don't answer calls to that require a response. I think racially bias and if you don't have a lot of money in your account, very rude

The counterworker was a one manned army. Cooking, taking orders, etc. She was impressive to say the least and quite cordial despite the stress of a never ending line of cars etc. But the food was terrible, everything came from under a warner, was super greasy, and tasted like old grease. It seemed like you guys definitely need more help. But the one worker you had should have a significant raise Ave a medal of honor.
Been in the drive through for 30 minutes. Still don't have food. No staffing. Just avoid this place.
We had a A/W in my hometown and this one brought back good memories. The rootbeer was cold and delicious. The food was great and we had great service.
They didn't have enough employees to open the lobby up. I really felt sorry for them. Not having enough employees to cover both indoors and drive thru. It was a really long wait just to order, but the food was great.
