Cute place, but disappointed in the service and lack of informative clerks and availabilty of items.3 stars for ambiance, decent white mocha.We arrived around 1230 on a Sat. and I wanted to try a breakfast sandwich but was informed they were only doing the lunch menu at that time. Very disappointing. I mentioned I didn't see on the web that they didn't serve bfast past 11, but she didn't seem to care or apologize.Plan B was to order a panini. I ordered the one with ham, cheese and bbq sauce.Order came up (they need to say the customers' names louder because I didn't hear them for my mocha).Sat down and took a bite and realized the panini had no bbq sauce. Went up to the counter and asked about the bbq. The same non-caring clerk said "oh I forgot to tell you when you ordered we didn't have any bbq sauce". I was already disappointed about no bfast sandwich option and to add to it you didn't bother to tell me you were missing an ingredient for the panini?????Again, no apology or offer of anything else. I had to specifically ask if they had any other sauce options.Generally a poor experience and I'll try other places before coming back here. It's a shame because I liked the cafe's ambiance.
The friendly staff add to the classy comfy place to have a cup or some lunch. Nice decor, wish we had more like it in the area. Give it a look. Good treats and a stylish vibe. I only got a pear lemonade which was tasty for sure; can't wait to go back and try the more savory fare.

Scheduled a quick meeting a this local coffee shop since they use EOTE coffee BUT I wasn't prepared for the WAFFLE! WOW! The waffle is a winner! Great location, casual atmosphere and helpful staff. We both will be back soon!

Both meals were delicious but I absolutely loved the sandwich (I’m not a big coffee person). It has always been clean and had great service. It’s a perfect place to go to meet up with a friend to catch up. It’s not too loud and has a very calming and relaxing environment.

My dad and I decided to check this place out since I've heard so many good things about Red Bird. I tried the Sammy with a side of fruit along with a Mocha Frappe. Dad tried the biscuits & gravy with a drip coffee.We both enjoyed our breakfast and drinks. Super cute and very clean, we will definitely be back! (Both breakfasts with drinks & 20% tip was around $23, we thought that was very reasonable for the quality & quantity)
