I love their Taco burgers (aka chili burger)... DELICIOUS!!!It's a new building with great service! I did not like having to drive around the building to go through the drive through!!! Two of the drives at the building had the entrance blocked with exit only signs up - stupid!! It caused me to have to drive a mile out of the way to get back to the Taco Casa, had I not really wanted to try this new place, I would have gone elsewhere.Please, fix this problem!
Went there this evening and ordered 12 hard tacos and 6 soft tacos, waited in line for about 10 minutes paid for my food and drove home without knowing they didn't give me the 6 soft tacos. I was very upset . I called the phone number listed and got a answering machine. I left a message for a call back. Never got one. I will never go there again. I mean you have 1 job to do and can't do that.... never again.
Efficient drive through and always friendly staff is impressive enough, but then there's the food and it's consistently delicious! I prefer their seasoning and sauce over other fast food tex-mex places and have never had a bad meal there. Also, if you need a sweet treat to finish off, their fresh-made casa delights are a cinnamon and sugar dessert that adds just the right touch! The price is a slight bump higher than other taco places. But they are very generous with portions and you can taste the difference. 100% worth the little bit extra you'll spend.
Went there today to return my salad that was made incorrectly. The manager argued with me and did not want to give refund. I literally had to say that I’m not going back and forth and turned my back for her to give me my money back. I really don’t like them anyways but decided to go against my better judgment. Food is nasty and so much ground beef that it makes the hard shell taco soggy. Employees are rude. I own a business and would never argue or go back and forth with a customer. I will not be returning and corporate was called.
The two for $5.00 tacos are very big with lots of meat and cheese.The super burrito very large, too many beans needs more meat.Good sweet tea at a good $1.49.The low price on a drink is what will bring me back
My son in law brought Taco Casa home for lunch today and I almost wish he hadn't because now I know what I have been missing out on. These tacos are the absolute best fast food taco. The shell was stuffed with meat and cheese. They put all the other taco places to shame. Problem is, I don't live in Yukon. They need to build them all over OKC.
I am updating my review. When they 1st opened they were very very friendly, customer service was great, They got the order correct every single time, To the point where I never even checked my order because They never got it wrong.But today I go and they took my order wrongOnly give me half my food, And because I never Had to check and make sure all the food was there Before I did not think to check this time. I'm giving them 3 stars because they did replace the food then and remade the rest of the order so that it was all fresh. But The newness is definitely wearing off there.
Holy Nacho's! We love this place. It's always consistent, and what you get for the price is generous.
My first time going to a Taco Casa and it was great! I definitely recommend the taco salad, definitely will keep this place in mind next time I come to town
One of our favorites. I usually get a super burrito, but today, I ordered soft tacos. They were delicious, but I made the mistake of ordering 3 when one would have been plenty. They don't skimp on stuff like a lot of places.
