Went to pickup food. Got home and could not find my debit card that I had used there. Live in El Reno. Tried calling to see if I had left my card at the drive thru, so i wouldnt have to drive back over there. LITERALLY called and let the phone ring for 20 MINUTES SOLID and they couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. SMH
Happy to see positive changes at our local Taco Bueno! We had nearly given up on this spot. Recently noticed very positive changes and when we asked about it we found out a new team has started. Thank you to Taco Bueno for making Yukon a priority and turning things around. ☺️
Seems like every time I come here they get my order wrong! Really seems like the employees and management just don’t care about providing good service.Life long Taco Bueno supporter, but I’m officially done.
Got a muchaco and the shell was covered in furry green mold. Also It was 30 min after they opened and nobody would answer at drive thru so I pulled around to see if the hours changed and the employee was standing in the parking lot. I politely asked what time they opened and she freaked out and lost her temper. I love taco Bueno but I don't know where they find these people
Went through the drive thru and have never been so upset with the way I was talked to. I’m usually very understanding with people who work in fast food as many of my closest friends have done the same thing and I myself have dealt with customers through previous jobs, but when the lady was repeating my order back to me and I corrected her one one thing, I was given a very rude tone and angry response. I ended up not saying anything else I wanted simply because I could tell whoever this person was, was not in any place to talk to me anymore. I didn’t get her name, but I just felt this was very unacceptable and unprofessional.
Salsa made at the table was great. Happy Hour margarita was wonderful. Cheese enchilada was just barely warm (even though the plate was quite hot.) Love the atmosphere. Feels very authenticOverall a good dining experience.
Whenever we walked up to the counter to take our order. The girl asked us what we wanted to order but me and my grandson was still trying to decide what we want well she decided just to walk off and not help us so I had to wait for someone else to come take our order. I believe it was a manager. After we got our drinks we try to find a table but most of the tables were dirty and still had trash from someone who didn't even throw there own trash away. Dining area was very dirty.
Wasn't supposed to close til 12 and I showed up at 11, the employees Locked the door and tried to hide when I got off the knock. They only came to open the door after I waved and they blatantly lied to my face saying they closed at 10 PM. Then when I was leaving the guys working jumped in excitement saying something about having got away with it. 0/10 dont recommend
